{"id":447723,"date":"2024-04-04T07:07:33","date_gmt":"2024-04-04T05:07:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=447723"},"modified":"2024-04-03T17:08:32","modified_gmt":"2024-04-03T15:08:32","slug":"ecrans-microled-innovants-pour-applications-automobiles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/ecrans-microled-innovants-pour-applications-automobiles\/","title":{"rendered":"Ecrans MicroLED innovants pour applications automobiles"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>La startup canadienne VueReal a sign\u00e9 un accord avec Continental pour utiliser une nouvelle technique de fabrication d&rsquo;\u00e9crans microLED dans des applications automobiles.<\/h3>\n<p>VueReal a mis au point une technique permettant de conditionner les microLED dans une cartouche que les fournisseurs Tier one peuvent utiliser pour cr\u00e9er des affichages personnalis\u00e9s dans un v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons lanc\u00e9 VueReal en 2016 pour permettre l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de diff\u00e9rents dispositifs opto\u00e9lectroniques \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle, des chiplets aux microLEDs\u00a0\u00bb, explique Reza Chaji, PDG de VueReal, \u00e0 <em>eeNews Europe<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Lorsque nous avons examin\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever, nous avons constat\u00e9 que nous devions prendre des microLED ou des capteurs et les transformer en une cartouche, et que nous avions un outil pour les imprimer \u00e0 partir de cette cartouche\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/microled-displays-delayed-but-coming-in-two-to-three-years\/\">Les \u00e9crans MicroLED sont retard\u00e9s mais arriveront dans deux ou trois ans<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Autour de cela, nous avons \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un mod\u00e8le commercial qui n&rsquo;est pas uniquement destin\u00e9 aux grandes entreprises, mais nous pensons que la micro-impression peut permettre \u00e0 de nombreux autres fournisseurs de les utiliser.<\/p>\n<p>La cartouche est charg\u00e9e de 100 000 \u00e0 des millions de LEDs dans la fabrique et l&rsquo;entreprise a mis au point une t\u00eate sous vide pour imprimer s\u00e9lectivement les composants avec une r\u00e9solution allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 0,5 micron.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;outil est align\u00e9 et nous l&rsquo;entra\u00eenons sur une cartouche de test\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0Nous optimisons le transfert \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, proche de la temp\u00e9rature ambiante, et nous int\u00e9grons beaucoup d&rsquo;IA dans le processus, car la gamme de donn\u00e9es que nous obtenons des cartouches est large.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;automobile, les microLED offrent des affichages tr\u00e8s transparents qui peuvent \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans de nouveaux endroits.
