Il propose <\/span>une tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de 48 V\u00a0 avec un contr\u00f4le programmable de la zone de fonctionnement s\u00e9curis\u00e9e (SOA) et se caract\u00e9rise par une pr\u00e9cision du suivi du courant inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 \u00b10,7 %, ce qui am\u00e9liore la pr\u00e9cision de la d\u00e9tection et du suivi des d\u00e9faillances du syst\u00e8me. En outre, le produit est dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une technologie de contr\u00f4le en mode boost pour une mise en tension plus s\u00fbre des transistors \u00e0 effet de champ (FET) dans les syst\u00e8mes dont la zone de fonctionnement s\u00e9curis\u00e9e (SOA) n&rsquo;est pas optimale. Ce nouveau composant de la famille de produits XDP est con\u00e7u pour un large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;applications t\u00e9l\u00e9coms, notamment l&rsquo;alimentation des t\u00eates radio distantes, la distribution d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie des stations de base, les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;antennes actives et passives, l&rsquo;alimentation des petites cellules 5G et les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;alimentation sans coupure (UPS) pour les t\u00e9l\u00e9communications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Surveillance optimale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le XDP700-002 utilise une architecture \u00e0 trois blocs qui combine une t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9trie de haute pr\u00e9cision pour la surveillance et la d\u00e9tection des d\u00e9fauts, un contr\u00f4le SOA num\u00e9rique optimis\u00e9 pour les MOSFET de puissance et des pilotes de grille int\u00e9gr\u00e9s pour les MOSFET de puissance \u00e0 canal-n. Le XDP700-002 fonctionne dans une plage de tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e \u00e9tendue de 6,5 \u00e0 80 V et peut r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des transitoires allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 100 V pendant 500 ms, fournissant une t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9trie de courant et de tension avec une pr\u00e9cision de 0,7 % et 0,5 % respectivement. Il est dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une surveillance active pr\u00e9cise conforme au PMBus\u2122 pour une fiabilit\u00e9 accrue du syst\u00e8me. Un arr\u00eat de grille programmable en cas de surintensit\u00e9 s\u00e9v\u00e8re (SOC) assure l&rsquo;arr\u00eat en 1 \u03bcs. Le contr\u00f4le SOA avanc\u00e9 en boucle ferm\u00e9e assure une plus grande fiabilit\u00e9 du MOSFET. Le mode de fonctionnement enti\u00e8rement num\u00e9rique minimise le besoin de composants externes. Cette solution compacte est optimale pour les conceptions ou l&rsquo;espace est limit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Avec des options de s\u00e9lection de FETs externes et une option de programmation unique (OTP), le XDP700-002 offre une flexibilit\u00e9 pour la programmation de la d\u00e9tection des d\u00e9fauts et des avertissements ainsi que des niveaux de d\u00e9connexion pour diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les d&rsquo;utilisation.
