L&rsquo;\u00e9limination d\u2019\u00e9tages CC-CC s\u00e9par\u00e9s r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement le nombre de composants ainsi que l&rsquo;encombrement sur le circuit imprim\u00e9 et augmente l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 10 points de pourcentage par rapport aux architectures traditionnelles \u00e0 deux \u00e9tages. L&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e par les transistors en nitrure de gallium PowiGaN 750 V des circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, la commutation \u00e0 tension nulle (sans pince active) et le redressement synchrone.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Roland Saint-Pierre, vice-pr\u00e9sident du d\u00e9veloppement de produits chez Power Integrations, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 :\u00a0\u00ab La plupart des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectroniques modernes s&rsquo;appuient sur de multiples tensions internes pour faire fonctionner diverses applications telles que l\u2019informatique, la communication et des fonctions d&rsquo;activation \u2013 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le chauffage, l\u2019\u00e9clairage, le son ou quelque d\u00e9placement. Mais les pertes \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de conversion s\u2019additionnent ce qui d\u00e9grade les performances du syst\u00e8me et dissipe de la chaleur. Le circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 InnoMux-2 surmonte ce d\u00e9fi en fournissant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 trois sorties de tension r\u00e9gul\u00e9es ind\u00e9pendamment ou deux sorties de tension et une sortie de courant constant \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un seul \u00e9tage et permet ainsi d&rsquo;obtenir un sous-syst\u00e8me de puissance compact et efficace avec un faible nombre de composants.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.power.com\/products\/innomux\/innomux-2?utm_campaign=InnoMux-2&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_source=PI&amp;utm_content=Product&amp;utm_term=AC-DC+InnoMux-2+Multi-Ouput+PI+EN\">Les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s InnoMux-2<\/a>\u00a0fournissent jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 90 watts de puissance de sortie avec une r\u00e9gulation pr\u00e9cise de \u00b13 % maximum sur toute la ligne d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, charge, temp\u00e9rature et conditions de courant diff\u00e9rentiel. L&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 totale du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;alimentation (du CA au segment CC basse tension r\u00e9gul\u00e9) est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 90 % ; le contr\u00f4leur avanc\u00e9 InnoMux-2 g\u00e8re \u00e9galement l&rsquo;alimentation \u00e0 faible charge, \u00e9vitant ainsi le besoin de r\u00e9sistances de pr\u00e9charge et r\u00e9duisant la consommation \u00e0 vide \u00e0 moins de 30 mW.
