{"id":445863,"date":"2024-03-12T12:30:00","date_gmt":"2024-03-12T11:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=445863"},"modified":"2024-03-12T12:30:00","modified_gmt":"2024-03-12T11:30:00","slug":"les-thermistances-ptc-limitant-le-courant-dappel-ameliorent-les-performances","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/les-thermistances-ptc-limitant-le-courant-dappel-ameliorent-les-performances\/","title":{"rendered":"Les thermistances PTC limitant le courant d&rsquo;appel am\u00e9liorent les performances"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Vishay Intertechnology a introduit une nouvelle s\u00e9rie de thermistances \u00e0 coefficient de temp\u00e9rature positif (CTP) limitant le courant d&rsquo;appel.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Con\u00e7ue pour augmenter les performances des circuits actifs de charge et de d\u00e9charge pour les applications automobiles et industrielles, la s\u00e9rie BCcomponents PTCEL de Visahy combine une large gamme de valeurs de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 25 \u00b0C (R25) avec une tension \u00e9lev\u00e9e et des capacit\u00e9s de gestion de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>Avec des valeurs R25 allant de 60 \u03a9 \u00e0 1 k\u03a9, les composants permettent des tensions maximales \u00e9lev\u00e9es de 1000 VCC \u00e0 500 \u03a9 et 1200 VCC \u00e0 1 k\u03a9, ainsi qu&rsquo;une \u00e9nergie maximale de 240 J &#8211; quatre fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que les produits concurrents. En combinant plusieurs thermistances en parall\u00e8le, il est possible d&rsquo;atteindre des niveaux d&rsquo;absorption d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 1000 J. Fonctionnant \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 +105 \u00b0C, la s\u00e9rie PTCEL offre une capacit\u00e9 thermique de 2,3 J\/K pour toutes les valeurs de r\u00e9sistance.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifi\u00e9s AEC-Q200 et autoprot\u00e9g\u00e9s &#8211; sans risque de surchauffe &#8211; les thermistances assurent une protection contre les surcharges dans les convertisseurs CA\/CC et CC\/CC, les circuits de d\u00e9charge de charge, CC-Link, de gestion de batterie et de d\u00e9charge d&rsquo;urgence, les chargeurs embarqu\u00e9s, les syst\u00e8mes de stockage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie domestique, les entra\u00eenements de moteur et les \u00e9quipements de soudage. Pour ces applications, les dispositifs r\u00e9sistent \u00e0 plus de 100 000 cycles d&rsquo;appel de puissance et sont tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 une puissance de pointe non commut\u00e9e allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 25 kW.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie PTCEL est disponible en deux formats : la plus petite PTCEL13R et la plus grande PTCEL17 pour respectivement les applications \u00e0 basse et haute \u00e9nergie. Tous les produits sont disponibles en ruban sur bobine et offrent un pas de fil de 5 mm. La PTCEL17R est aussi disponible avec des pas de fils de 7,5 mm et 10 mm pour s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 leurs tensions plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre manipul\u00e9 automatiquement par des \u00e9quipements de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement et de placement pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de production.<\/p>\n<p>Les thermistances en titanate de baryum sont constitu\u00e9es d&rsquo;une pastille c\u00e9ramique soud\u00e9e entre deux fils CCS \u00e9tam\u00e9s et recouverts d&rsquo;une laque silicone haute temp\u00e9rature conforme \u00e0 la norme UL 94 V-0. Les dispositifs conformes \u00e0 la directive RoHS sont reconnus par C-UL-US sous le num\u00e9ro E148885 pour une utilisation en courant alternatif et en courant continu, offrant ainsi un niveau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 accru et contr\u00f4l\u00e9.
