Il est disponible dans un bo\u00eetier plastique DFN (dual-flat no-lead) de 2 x 2 x 0,75 mm pour montage en surface, conforme \u00e0 la norme MIL-PRF-38534 Classe K.<\/p>\n<p>Ce nouveau LNA TDLN utilise des techniques de conception de circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s hyperfr\u00e9quences monolithiques (MMIC) aux\u00a0 performances exceptionnelles dans le canal de communication en bande S. L&rsquo;amplificateur offre un gain de 17,5 dB de 2 GHz \u00e0 5 GHz tout en maintenant un bruit inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,4 dB et une puissance de sortie (P1dB) de 19,5 dBm. Le composant doit \u00eatre polaris\u00e9 \u00e0 une VDD de +5,0 V et une IDDQ de 60 mA. Un kit d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation est \u00e9galement disponible pour les concepteurs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Notre dernier LNA est optimis\u00e9 pour les applications spatiales et radar\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Mont Taylor, vice-pr\u00e9sident et responsable du d\u00e9veloppement commercial chez Teledyne e2v HiRel. \u00ab\u00a0Avec un facteur de bruit inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 0,4 dB et une facilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utilisation \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;une tension d&rsquo;alimentation positive unique, nous pensons que ce nouveau produit offrira aux concepteurs de syst\u00e8mes une option sup\u00e9rieure pour les communications spatiales, les radars \u00e0 r\u00e9seaux phas\u00e9s et les applications de syst\u00e8mes de communications.<\/p>\n<p>Le TDLNA2050SEP est tol\u00e9rant au rayonnement TID jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 100 krad (Si), ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour les syst\u00e8mes de communication par satellite en augmentant la puissance des signaux radio avec un minimum de bruit et de distorsion qui peuvent d\u00e9grader les signaux num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n<p><a
