Un tel appareil est id\u00e9al pour des applications telles que les batteries domestiques, les stations de recharge portables, les scooters \u00e9lectriques, les v\u00e9los \u00e9lectriques, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Un VGaN remplace deux MOSFET Si dos \u00e0 dos\u00a0; ils sont connect\u00e9s \u00e0 un drain commun pour r\u00e9aliser une commutation bidirectionnelle de la charge et de la d\u00e9charge de la batterie, r\u00e9duisant ainsi consid\u00e9rablement la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat passant et les pertes par rapport \u00e0 la solution traditionnelle au silicium. Le nombre de nomenclatures, l\u2019espace PCB et les co\u00fbts sont \u00e9galement r\u00e9duits en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n<p>Le circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 VGaN 100 V INV100FQ030A prend en charge les modes de fonctionnement \u00e0 passage bidirectionnel, coupure bidirectionnelle et sans r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration inverse.
