Cela permet de piloter les grilles des transistors de puissance contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par MOS d&rsquo;Infineon, OptiMOS et CoolMOS, afin de r\u00e9duire la dissipation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 70 % par rapport aux relais \u00e0 semiconducteurs utilisant des redresseurs contr\u00f4l\u00e9s au silicium (SCR) et des commutateurs Triac.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/solid-state-relays-improve-ev-safety-while-taking-up-less-space\/\">Les relais \u00e0 semi-conducteurs am\u00e9liorent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les isolateurs \u00e0 semiconducteurs permettent \u00e9galement d&rsquo;utiliser des relais \u00e0 semiconducteurs personnalis\u00e9s capables de contr\u00f4ler des charges sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 1000 V et 100 A pour la gestion des batteries, le stockage de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelable, ainsi que les applications industrielles et les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;automatisation des b\u00e2timents.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La mise en \u0153uvre de transformateurs sans noyau dans les isolateurs et les relais \u00e0 semiconducteurs change v\u00e9ritablement la donne pour les ing\u00e9nieurs en charge de la production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie ; elle permet d&rsquo;obtenir un RDS (on) 50 fois inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des solutions existantes \u00e0 commande optique. Cela se traduit par une dur\u00e9e de vie plus longue et un co\u00fbt de possession plus faible dans la conception des syst\u00e8mes.
