Le c\u0153ur mesure moins de 1 mm2 sur 22nm avec une puissance de 2,96 mW pour une liaison de donn\u00e9es de 1 Mbit\/s. Cette consommation se d\u00e9compose en 2,1 mW pour le traitement analogique et 0,85 mW pour la bande de base num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>Il fait suite \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9metteur-r\u00e9cepteur radio icyTRX Bluetooth Low Energy (LE), disponible dans les technologies 65nm et 55nm chez TSMC et GlobalFoundries. Cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans des produits commerciaux qui se sont vendus \u00e0 des centaines de millions d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s \u00e0 ce jour.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/bluetooth-long-range-module-for-low-power-applications\/\">Module Bluetooth longue port\u00e9e pour les applications \u00e0 faible consommation<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/low-power-bluetooth-5-socs-promise-batteryless-iot\/\">Les SoC Bluetooth 5 \u00e0 faible consommation promettent un IoT sans batterie<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/tiny-bluetooth-5-4-ic-for-demanding-low-power-applications\/\">Petit circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 Bluetooth 5.4 pour une faible consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie exigeante<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le c\u0153ur de l&rsquo;\u00e9metteur-r\u00e9cepteur Bluetooth bimode a une puissance d&rsquo;\u00e9mission de 10 dBm et une sensibilit\u00e9 de -98,2 dBm pour un facteur de m\u00e9rite global de 185 dB. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence internationale sur les circuits solid state (ISSCC) qui s&rsquo;est tenue la semaine derni\u00e8re aux \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n<p>La faible puissance signifie que le c\u0153ur est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 une tr\u00e8s faible puissance pour des sc\u00e9narios audio tels que les oreillettes True Wireless Stereo (TWS) ou la radiodiffusion Auracast.
