Il d\u00e9tecte les interf\u00e9rences dans le champ \u00e9lectrique entre un objet et le capteur, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 100 millim\u00e8tres de l&rsquo;objet. Les chercheurs de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 de Qingdao en Chine, avec des collaborateurs en Chine et en Cor\u00e9e du Sud, d\u00e9crivent leur innovation dans la revue Science and Technology of Advanced Materials.<\/p>\n<p>Les peaux \u00e9lectroniques sont devenues un \u00e9l\u00e9ment crucial des robots bioniques, leur permettant de d\u00e9tecter et de r\u00e9agir rapidement aux stimuli externes. Cela peut permettre aux syst\u00e8mes robotiques d&rsquo;analyser la forme d&rsquo;un objet et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, de le saisir et de le manipuler.<\/p>\n<p>Les capteurs de la plupart des syst\u00e8mes actuels reposent sur un contact direct qui provoque une d\u00e9formation physique d&rsquo;une couche de contact, entra\u00eenant des changements dans la capacit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique. Malheureusement, l&rsquo;uniformit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions limite la sensibilit\u00e9 et les capacit\u00e9s globales de ces syst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Pour am\u00e9liorer la sensibilit\u00e9 et la polyvalence, nous avons mis au point de nouveaux films composites dot\u00e9s de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectriques surprenantes et tr\u00e8s utiles\u00a0\u00bb, explique Xinlin Li, de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 de Qingdao.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;aspect le plus surprenant est apparu lorsque les chercheurs ont combin\u00e9 deux mat\u00e9riaux ayant une constante di\u00e9lectrique \u00e9lev\u00e9e &#8211; une mesure de leur r\u00e9ponse aux champs \u00e9lectriques. Ce composite pr\u00e9sentait une constante di\u00e9lectrique \u00e9tonnamment faible, un r\u00e9sultat contre-intuitif qui convient parfaitement \u00e0 la fabrication d&rsquo;un capteur plus sensible aux champs \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n<p>Le composite est constitu\u00e9 de petites quantit\u00e9s de nitrure de carbone graphitique ajout\u00e9es au polydim\u00e9thylsiloxane. Elle peut \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9e et trait\u00e9e par une m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;impression 3D sp\u00e9cifique, appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0dispensing printing\u00a0\u00bb, qui permet un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de la structure et du motif de l&rsquo;encre \u00e0 haute viscosit\u00e9 imprim\u00e9e. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe s&rsquo;en est servie pour fabriquer une grille capable de d\u00e9tecter des objets situ\u00e9s \u00e0 une distance comprise entre 5 et 100 millim\u00e8tres de la surface de l&rsquo;objet.
