Ils fonctionnent dans une plage de temp\u00e9rature allant de -55 \u00b0C \u00e0 +150 \u00b0C. Non seulement ils r\u00e9pondent aux exigences anti-DES, mais ils ont \u00e9galement une empreinte minimale, ce qui est utile dans la mesure o\u00f9 les \u00e9quipementiers automobiles tentent de se miniaturiser.<\/p>\n<p>Les varistances sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de circuit fondamentaux pour traiter les irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s de tension importantes. Dans les applications automobiles, ils prot\u00e8gent les calculateurs fragiles et contribuent \u00e0 la conformit\u00e9 aux normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 automobile telles que AEC-Q200 et IEC 61000-4-2.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;AVRH10C220YT201MA8 est con\u00e7u pour prendre en charge l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique sur un bus LIN. Il a une tension continue maximale de 16 V et une capacit\u00e9 de 200 pF. La taille du 1005 (1,0 mm (L) x 0,5 mm (l) x 0,5 mm (H)) est 75 % plus petite que le mod\u00e8le existant. La taille r\u00e9duite permet aux appareils des clients d&rsquo;\u00eatre plus petits, ce qui r\u00e9duit la consommation de mat\u00e9riaux. Ce produit utilise \u00e9galement la technologie de rev\u00eatement exclusive de TDK pour am\u00e9liorer la durabilit\u00e9. Tout petit qu&rsquo;il soit, il offre la grande fiabilit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9pondre aux normes de qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;industrie automobile.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;AVRH16A2C270KT200NA8 est con\u00e7u pour prendre en charge l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique sur un bus CAN. Il poss\u00e8de une structure de r\u00e9seau 2 en 1, dans laquelle les fonctions de deux varistances sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans un seul \u00e9l\u00e9ment. Une autre caract\u00e9ristique est que la technologie de conception exclusive de TDK minimise la diff\u00e9rence de capacit\u00e9 entre les canaux.
