L&#8217;embargo a entra\u00een\u00e9 le blocage des activit\u00e9s de smartphones et d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements Huawei par manque de puces. Les \u00c9tats-Unis ont fait valoir que la conception et la fabrication de puces de pointe d\u00e9pendent de la technologie am\u00e9ricaine et ne peuvent \u00eatre fournies sans licence sp\u00e9ciale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Apr\u00e8s avoir pressur\u00e9 Huawei et sa filiale de semiconducteurs HiSilicon pendant plus d&rsquo;un an, Intel a maintenant obtenu une licence d&rsquo;exportation, selon Reuters et le China Securities Journal, d\u00e9pendant de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">De nombreuses autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement demand\u00e9 des licences similaires, notamment MediaTek, la fonderie chinoise SMIC et SK Hynix.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Reuters a rapport\u00e9 que SK Hynix n&rsquo;a pas obtenu de licence et que les entreprises non am\u00e9ricaines sont
