Un MOSFET \u00e0 canal N externe suppl\u00e9mentaire c\u00f4t\u00e9 haut et c\u00f4t\u00e9 bas et quelques composants passifs sont n\u00e9cessaires pour compl\u00e9ter le contr\u00f4leur du r\u00e9gulateur de commutation buck. Le produit est tr\u00e8s polyvalent et peut \u00eatre modifi\u00e9 de nombreuses fa\u00e7ons pour satisfaire aux exigences de l&rsquo;application.<\/p>\n<p>La fr\u00e9quence de l&rsquo;oscillateur est r\u00e9glable dans une plage de 250 kHz \u00e0 1 MHz \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une r\u00e9sistance externe, ou elle peut \u00eatre synchronis\u00e9e avec une horloge externe pour minimiser les probl\u00e8mes de bruit courants lors de l&rsquo;utilisation de plusieurs r\u00e9gulateurs \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage dans l&rsquo;alimentation. La compensation de phase peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e par le biais d&rsquo;une r\u00e9sistance et d&rsquo;un condensateur externes afin de garantir un fonctionnement stable et fiable du r\u00e9gulateur \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage en emp\u00eachant les oscillations et en am\u00e9liorant la r\u00e9ponse transitoire.<\/p>\n<p>Pour maintenir les performances d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans des conditions de charge lourdes et l\u00e9g\u00e8res, le NC2780AK est capable de passer automatiquement du mode PWM au mode PFM, mais il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9 en mode PWM fixe manuellement.<\/p>\n<p>Une sortie Power Good est incluse et fournit un signal logique lorsque le r\u00e9gulateur \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage fonctionne selon les param\u00e8tres sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s et que la tension de sortie est stable. En r\u00e9partissant l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie du signal d&rsquo;horloge sur une gamme de fr\u00e9quences, le SSCG peut r\u00e9duire le pic d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 n&rsquo;importe quelle fr\u00e9quence sp\u00e9cifique. Cela permet de respecter les normes r\u00e9glementaires en mati\u00e8re de compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique (CEM) et d&rsquo;interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (IEM). Les techniques SSCG sont couramment d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es dans les applications o\u00f9 la r\u00e9duction des interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques est cruciale.
