L\u2019effort minimal de compression permet de r\u00e9duire drastiquement les r\u00e9sistances de contact entre le matelas thermique et les composants \u00e0 dissiper et fiabilise la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de fonctionnement du dispositif.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la faible duret\u00e9 du matelas thermique GTS 8-65 (65 Sh 00), les vibrations engendr\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00e9quipement refroidi sont bien amorties. Par ailleurs, le mat\u00e9riau stable duGTS 8-65 \u00a0ne pr\u00e9sente aucune exsudation vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, ce qui \u00e9vite l\u2019apparition et l\u2019accumulation de r\u00e9sidus graisseux \u00e0 sa surface, contrairement \u00e0 un grand nombre de matelas thermiques communs du march\u00e9. En effet, le ressuage d\u2019huile peut d\u00e9grader les performances \u00e9lectriques des composants voisins par une augmentation de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lectrique en surface et\/ou de l\u2019adsorption d\u2019impuret\u00e9s et de particules environnantes compromettant la dur\u00e9e de vie des dispositifs \u00e0 dissiper.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications spatiales, mais pas que\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le matelas thermique GTS 8-65 est parfait pour les applications spatiales de par sa qualification selon la norme ECSS-ST-70-02C.\u00a0 Il pr\u00e9sente un TML (Total Mass Loss), un RML (Recovered Mass Loss) et CVCM (Collected Volatil Condesable Material) de 0.04%, 0.04% et 0.02% respectivement. Ces tr\u00e8s faibles valeurs montrent qu\u2019il ne relargue pratiquement pas de produits volatils lorsqu\u2019il est soumis \u00e0 un environnement s\u00e9v\u00e8re type spatial.
