Elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ues pour la construction de convertisseurs d\u2019impulsions \u00ab boost \u00bb et \u00ab buck \u00bb pour le secteur automobile non seulement dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9clairage, mais aussi pour les circuits de climatisation et de chauffage, pour le contr\u00f4le de l\u2019\u00e9clairage int\u00e9rieur et dans les commandes de moteurs \u00e9lectriques avec une puissance relativement importante (positionnement des si\u00e8ges, mont\u00e9e\/descente des vitres etc.). Encapsul\u00e9s en bo\u00eetier CMS de petite taille, ces composants sont disponibles en s\u00e9rie DRA, DRAQ et HCM1A couvrant une large gamme d\u2019inductances.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e9rie DRA, la plus large gamme de bobines d\u2019arr\u00eat automobiles d\u2019Eaton dans l\u2019offre TME<\/strong><br \/>\nLes composants de ce groupe se caract\u00e9risent principalement par une densit\u00e9 de puissance et un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Ils sont disponibles en deux dimensions de base 7,6&#215;7,6 mm ou 12,5&#215;12,5 mm (hauteur de 3,55 mm \u00e0 8 mm selon le mod\u00e8le). La gamme comprend des articles avec une inductance de 290 nH \u00e0 1001 \u00b5H, capables de fonctionner avec des courants jusqu\u2019\u00e0 15,9 A (courant de saturation jusqu\u2019\u00e0 18,4 A). Ils se caract\u00e9risent \u00e9galement d\u2019une protection EMI optimale gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur blindage magn\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e9rie DRAQ avec double enroulement<\/strong><br \/>\nEquip\u00e9s de double enroulement, les composants DRAQ peuvent fonctionner comme un transformateur\/s\u00e9parateur (1:1), et fonctionnent \u00e9galement comme deux composants inductifs connect\u00e9s en s\u00e9rie ou en parall\u00e8le pour obtenir un plage de tension ou de courant plus large (isolation entre enroulements \u00e0 200 V AC). Comme dans le cas des mod\u00e8les DRA, les sorties de la bobine d\u2019arr\u00eat offrent une protection optimale contre les vibrations, garantissant ainsi le montage permanent de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment m\u00eame dans des conditions difficiles. Une autre caract\u00e9ristique commune \u00e0 tous les produits Eaton pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s ici est la faible sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019humidit\u00e9 (MSL\u00a0: 1). L\u2019inductance des bobines d\u2019arr\u00eat DRAQ disponibles chez TME varie de 4,48 \u00b5H \u00e0 217 \u00b5H.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e9rie HCM1A faible encombrement mais courant de fonctionnement maximum<\/strong><br \/>\nCette s\u00e9rie comprend le plus petit des composants pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s (dont 4,4&#215;4,2&#215;1,8 mm). Ces composants peuvent fonctionner \u00e0 des fr\u00e9quences jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1 MHz ce qui leur permet d\u2019\u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans des circuits de communication radio.
