Cette nouveaut\u00e9 permet d\u2019\u00e9largir\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.keysight.com\/zz\/en\/lib\/resources\/selection-guides\/oscilloscope-probes.html#HFDiffActiveProbes13\">la gamme de sondes haute fr\u00e9quence de Keysight<\/a>, capable de couvrir des bandes passantes allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 52 GHz.<\/h3>\n<p>Seule solution industrielle \u00e0 disposer d&rsquo;une t\u00eate de sonde \u00e0 haute imp\u00e9dance fonctionnant \u00e0 plus de 50 GHz, la s\u00e9rie InfiniiMax 4 offre aux concepteurs num\u00e9riques une solution de sondage int\u00e9gr\u00e9, utile pour les applications num\u00e9riques \u00e0 grande vitesse, pour les semi-conducteurs et pour les wafers.<br \/>\nLes appareils devenant de plus en plus petits et de plus en plus rapides, il est de plus en plus complexe de sonder les signaux avec pr\u00e9cision.
