Ces relais MOSFET \u00e0 forte endurance sont devenus des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences en termes de technologie de semi-conducteurs optiques en raison de leur fonctionnement ultrarapide et de leur taille compacte, qui pr\u00e9sentent un avantage consid\u00e9rable par rapport aux relais m\u00e9caniques. Op\u00e9rationnels de -40 \u00e0 110 \u00b0C, ces relais MOSFET permettent de r\u00e9aliser des installations BEAUCOUP plus compactes et denses qu\u2019avec des relais m\u00e9caniques \u00e9quivalents. La consommation de puissance en entr\u00e9e est remarquablement faible par comparaison avec les relais \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et notamment les relais \u00e0 lames souples, ce qui renforce leur potentiel d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9sistance maximale type avec sortie ON est de 0,3\u00a0\u03a9 (0,1\u00a0\u03a9 avec connexion\u00a0C), tandis que la capacit\u00e9 nominale entre les bornes de sortie est de 520\u00a0pF. Leur courant direct maximal de d\u00e9clenchement de LED est de 2\u00a0mA, tandis que les temps ON et OFF sont de 2\u00a0ms et 3\u00a0ms respectivement.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les applications d\u2019automatisation industrielle, les nouveaux mod\u00e8les sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de contacts NC permettant de communiquer l\u2019\u00e9tat de la sortie aux dispositifs li\u00e9s, et notamment l\u2019\u00e9tat HORS tension.<\/p>\n<p>Ces nouveaux relais peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s avec le type SANS contact, afin de commuter plusieurs charges \u00e0 partir d\u2019une seule commande d\u2019entr\u00e9e. Les principaux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de l\u2019automatisation des syst\u00e8mes industriels sont les machines-outils PLC, les onduleurs, les contr\u00f4leurs robotiques, le contr\u00f4le thermique, ainsi que les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019alarme anti-incendie, de fuite de gaz ou de d\u00e9tection de fum\u00e9e.
