La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a lanc\u00e9 le seul fusible r\u00e9initialisable PPTC \u00e0 montage en surface sur le march\u00e9, pour tension de ligne de 240 V CA.<\/h3>\n<p>Con\u00e7us pour prot\u00e9ger contre les surcharges \u00e9lectriques et les courts-circuits, les fusibles r\u00e9initialisables de la s\u00e9rie Bel 0ZAF offrent une protection des circuits des applications dans les secteurs de l&rsquo;IoT, de l&rsquo;industrie et de la m\u00e9decine. Ces fusibles sont indispensables pour prot\u00e9ger les commandes industrielles, les \u00e9quipements de test et de mesure, la robotique et les syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le bo\u00eetier 2920 pour montage en surface offre non seulement une rentabilit\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;assemblage sur CI, mais acc\u00e9l\u00e8re \u00e9galement les d\u00e9lais de conception et de production en simplifiant le montage Les courants typiques sont de 50mA \u00e0 160mA.<\/p>\n<p>Le fusible PTC r\u00e9armable est constitu\u00e9 d&rsquo;un bloc de mat\u00e9riau polym\u00e8re contenant des granul\u00e9s de carbone conducteurs, pris en sandwich entre deux plaques m\u00e9talliques conductrices.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque ce bloc de polym\u00e8re atteint environ 125\u00b0C, soit en raison du courant qui le traverse via des cha\u00eenes conductrices de particules de carbone, soit en raison d&rsquo;une source de chaleur externe, il gonfle de fa\u00e7on volum\u00e9trique.<\/p>\n<p>Cette expansion brise la majorit\u00e9 des cha\u00eenes de granules de carbone qui se positionnent de fa\u00e7on al\u00e9atoire entre les deux plaques conductrices. Il en r\u00e9sulte une forte augmentation de la r\u00e9sistance entre les deux plaques, ce qui \u00e9limine presque totalement le flux de courant \u00e0 travers le dispositif, permettant juste un flux de courant r\u00e9siduel suffisant pour maintenir la temp\u00e9rature interne du bloc \u00e0 125\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que le courant \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9clench\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb est coup\u00e9, la brique de polym\u00e8re se refroidit et r\u00e9tr\u00e9cit jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 sa taille d&rsquo;origine, ce qui permet aux cha\u00eenes de carbone bris\u00e9es de se r\u00e9tablir et au composant de revenir \u00e0 son \u00e9tat de faible r\u00e9sistance.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois refroidi \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature ambiante de la pi\u00e8ce, la CTP pr\u00e9sentera \u00e0 nouveau une r\u00e9sistance inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 sa valeur nominale R1 max.
