Le circuit \u00e0 d\u00e9tection int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de passage par z\u00e9ro permet de r\u00e9aliser la fonction sans avoir recours \u00e0 un design complexe en utilisant des composants discrets. De plus, la solution Rohm n\u2019utilise pas d\u2019opto coupleur typiquement utilis\u00e9 dans d\u2019autres solutions, cela donc permet de r\u00e9duire encore plus le courant de veille et augmenter la fiabilit\u00e9. Sans surprise, cette caract\u00e9ristique a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien identifi\u00e9e par les fabricants d\u2019appareils et d\u00e9j\u00e0 prise en compte dans la phase de qualification.<br \/>\nLa s\u00e9rie BM1ZxxxFJ r\u00e9duit la consommation de courant du circuit de passage par z\u00e9ro \u00e0 seulement 0,01 W tout en alimentant continuellement le syst\u00e8me. De plus, l\u2019erreur de temps de temporisation (variable selon la tension du courant alternatif) qui existe avec les circuits de d\u00e9tection de passage par z\u00e9ro \u00e9quip\u00e9s de photocoupleurs conventionnels est limit\u00e9e&nbsp;\u00e0 \u00b150 \u03bcs ou moins. Cela permet une gestion efficace des moteurs \u2013 m\u00eame avec les diff\u00e9rentes tensions d\u2019approvisionnement en courant alternatif utilis\u00e9es dans divers pays et r\u00e9gions \u2013 &nbsp;ainsi que des MCU. Dans le m\u00eame temps, l\u2019\u00e9limination du besoin d\u2019un photocoupleur contribue \u00e0 une plus grande fiabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019application en r\u00e9duisant les risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019\u00e2ge.<br \/>\nLes formes d&rsquo;ondes d\u2019impulsion et de flanc utilis\u00e9es dans les sp\u00e9cifications des appareils \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers sont toutes deux prises en charge par la s\u00e9rie BM1ZxxxFJ, ce qui \u00e9limine la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de modifications du logiciel lors du remplacement des circuits conventionnels de d\u00e9tection de passage par z\u00e9ro. ROHM propose six mod\u00e8les pour assurer la compatibilit\u00e9 avec une large gamme d\u2019appareils \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers.<\/p>\n<p><u>Carte d\u2019\u00e9valuation<\/u><br \/>\nUne carte de d\u00e9veloppement de circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de d\u00e9tection de passage par z\u00e9ro incluant une alimentation pour le circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de passage par z\u00e9ro de ROHM est disponible, ce qui facilite l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019appareil.
