La port\u00e9e du DragonFire est classifi\u00e9e, mais il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une arme de classe \u00a0\u00bb ligne de mire\u00a0\u00bb qui peut s&rsquo;attaquer \u00e0 n&rsquo;importe quelle cible visible.<\/p>\n<p>DragonFire exploite une technologie britannique pour pouvoir d\u00e9livrer un laser de grande puissance sur de longues distances. Il pourrait donc constituer une alternative \u00e0 long terme et \u00e0 faible co\u00fbt \u00e0 certaines t\u00e2ches que les missiles effectuent actuellement. Le co\u00fbt d&rsquo;utilisation du laser est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 livres sterling par tir.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;arme DragonFire est le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;un investissement conjoint de 100 millions de livres sterling du minist\u00e8re de la d\u00e9fense et de l&rsquo;industrie.
