Il s&rsquo;agira \u00e9galement de faire appel \u00e0 la loi am\u00e9ricaine sur la r\u00e9duction de l&rsquo;inflation (IRA) pour le financement.<\/p>\n<p>2023 a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e la plus importante pour les installations solaires au niveau national, atteignant 33 GW d&rsquo;installations solaires. Une croissance annuelle moyenne de 14 % des installations solaires est attendue entre 2023 et 2028.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/e39m-for-german-green-photovoltaic-silicon-wafers\/\">39 millions d&rsquo;euros pour des plaquettes de silicium photovolta\u00efque vertes en Allemagne<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/kerfless-wafer-mass-production-promises-cheaper-solar-cells\/\">La production de masse de plaquettes sans karfa promet des panneaux solaires moins chers<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;IRA est une opportunit\u00e9 cl\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;expansion am\u00e9ricaine en tant qu&rsquo;initiative strat\u00e9gique visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s dans la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement des wafers solaires, d\u00e9clare NexWafe. La cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement reste soumise \u00e0 la domination du march\u00e9 chinois et \u00e0 d&rsquo;\u00e9ventuelles perturbations g\u00e9opolitiques.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;entreprise travaille activement \u00e0 la conclusion de partenariats strat\u00e9giques, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des sites de production potentiels et des incitations r\u00e9gionales associ\u00e9es, ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la conclusion d&rsquo;accords d&rsquo;achat pour l&rsquo;approvisionnement en plaquettes de silicium au niveau national.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;entreprise est issue de l&rsquo;Institut Fraunhofer pour les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire ISE en 2015 et est membre de l&rsquo;Ultra Low-Carbon Solar Alliance, de Solar Power Europe et de l&rsquo;European Solar Manufacturing Council.<\/p>\n<p>Elle con\u00e7oit, d\u00e9veloppe et met en production un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 propri\u00e9taire pour produire des wafers solaires monocristallins ultra-minces, \u00e0 haut rendement et \u00e0 faible empreinte carbone, afin de rendre l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie photovolta\u00efque plus durable et plus efficace.<\/p>\n<p>Le processus est enti\u00e8rement compatible avec la fabrication de cellules solaires conventionnelles et permet de r\u00e9duire de 60 % la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pendant la fabrication. Le processus de fabrication continu et direct du gaz au wafer minimise \u00e9galement les d\u00e9chets, ce qui permet d&rsquo;obtenir des wafers moins co\u00fbteux que les wafers conventionnels.<\/p>\n<p>NexWafe d\u00e9veloppe des wafers EpiNex110 avec un dopage de type n et a atteint une efficacit\u00e9 cellulaire de plus de 24% avec des wafers ultra-minces de 110-130 \u03bcm.
