Bien que des rendements de conversion de 25 % aient \u00e9t\u00e9 atteints, les p\u00e9rovskites pr\u00e9sentent souvent un grand nombre de dislocations cristallines et peuvent \u00eatre susceptibles de se d\u00e9composer en r\u00e9action \u00e0 l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/perovskite-solar-cell-on-steel-substrate\/\">Cellule solaire \u00e0 p\u00e9rovskite sur substrat d&rsquo;acier<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/metal-halide-perovskite-process-boosts-solar-cell-lifetime\/\">Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de p\u00e9rovskite m\u00e9tal-halide augmente la dur\u00e9e de vie des cellules solaires<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/highly-sensitive-measurement-technique-leads-to-better-solar-cell\/\">Une technique de mesure tr\u00e8s sensible permet d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les cellules solaires<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les chercheurs \u00e9tudient un processus de recuit assist\u00e9 par a\u00e9rosol dans lequel une solution en a\u00e9rosol est pass\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon de p\u00e9rovskite chauff\u00e9 pendant le processus de recuit. Cela permet d&rsquo;obtenir des grains plus gros et facilite le traitement \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature plus basse (100 \u00b0C) par rapport au recuit thermique direct. La solution a\u00e9rosol est un m\u00e9lange de dim\u00e9thylformamide (DMF) et de chlorure de m\u00e9thylammonium (MACl).<\/p>\n<p>Ce traitement permet \u00e9galement d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9ponse des p\u00e9rovskites \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re faible par un facteur de deux. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une \u00e9volution utile pour un d\u00e9ploiement pratique, car de nombreuses heures de la journ\u00e9e et de nombreux mois de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e sont faiblement ensoleill\u00e9s.
