Cependant, les nouveaux dispositifs FCQFN sont faciles \u00e0 monter sur des PCB \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un \u00e9quipement d&rsquo;assemblage et des processus standards. \u00bb Les dispositifs FCQFN de 40 V sont disponibles avec une valeur de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat passant de 4,3 m\u03a9 (taille de puce 3&#215;4 mm). Les HEMT 100 V sont propos\u00e9s avec des valeurs RDS(on) de 2,8 m\u03a9 (3&#215;5 mm) et 1,8 m\u03a9 (4&#215;6 mm), tandis que les pi\u00e8ces 150 V mesurant 4&#215;6 mm sont disponibles avec 3,9 m\u03a9 et 7 m\u03a9 RDS(on).<\/p>\n<p>Les pi\u00e8ces 40 V utilisant les derniers processus GaN d&rsquo;Innoscience atteignent des performances de pointe avec les meilleures valeurs de facteur de m\u00e9rite (FOM) de leur cat\u00e9gorie pour Qg Ron et Idss Ron. Les faibles courants de fuite de drain et de grille des composants leur permettent d&rsquo;\u00eatre utilis\u00e9s sur les march\u00e9s mobiles et dans les applications connect\u00e9es directement \u00e0 la batterie. D&rsquo;autres applications incluent les convertisseurs Buck-Boost USB Type C dans les ordinateurs portables. De plus, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, Innoscience maintient un contr\u00f4le tr\u00e8s strict de l&rsquo;\u00e9pitaxie, ce qui se traduit par une tension de seuil et une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat passant tr\u00e8s uniformes, conduisant \u00e0 un rendement de tranche tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9. Les appareils 100 V conviennent \u00e0 la conversion DC\/DC \u00e0 des niveaux de puissance allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2 kW, en raison de leur tr\u00e8s faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat passant. Lorsqu&rsquo;il est utilis\u00e9 en configuration parall\u00e8le, des niveaux de puissance allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 8 kW peuvent \u00eatre atteints. Le nouveau 150 V cible les applications industrielles, notamment les installations solaires. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre tr\u00e8s robustes et ne n\u00e9cessitent donc pas l&rsquo;application du d\u00e9classement standard de 80\u00a0% (c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire qu&rsquo;ils sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s \u00e0 100\u00a0% de leur tension).
