{"id":439896,"date":"2023-12-22T12:25:35","date_gmt":"2023-12-22T11:25:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=439896"},"modified":"2023-12-22T12:25:35","modified_gmt":"2023-12-22T11:25:35","slug":"conception-de-reference-pour-le-premier-radar-automobile-en-28-nm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/conception-de-reference-pour-le-premier-radar-automobile-en-28-nm\/","title":{"rendered":"Conception de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le premier radar automobile en 28 nm"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Un simulateur de cible radar de Rohde &amp; Schwarz a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour v\u00e9rifier les performances d&rsquo;une conception de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de capteur radar \u00e0 courte port\u00e9e de prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de NXP Semiconductor.<\/h3>\n<p>Les ing\u00e9nieurs de Rohde &amp; Schwarz et de NXP ont men\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie compl\u00e8te de tests pour v\u00e9rifier la conception de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence du nouveau capteur en utilisant le syst\u00e8me monopuce radar RFCMOS 28 nm SAF85xx de NXP.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de test radar R&amp;S RTS combine le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur d&rsquo;\u00e9cho radar automobile R&amp;S AREG800A avec le frontal d&rsquo;antenne mmW R&amp;S QAT100, offrant ainsi des capacit\u00e9s de simulation d&rsquo;objets \u00e0 courte distance. Cela permet de tester de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9aliste les applications radar automobiles de la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et de se rapprocher un peu plus de la vision de l&rsquo;industrie automobile d&rsquo;une conduite enti\u00e8rement autonome.<\/p>\n<p>Le SAF85xx est la premi\u00e8re famille de SoC radar RFCMOS 28 nm de l&rsquo;industrie et le design de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour des applications radar \u00e0 courte, moyenne et longue port\u00e9e afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du NCAP (NCAP : New Car Assessment Program), ainsi que pour des applications pilotes sur autoroute ou en milieu urbain pour le segment en forte croissance des v\u00e9hicules L2+ et L3.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/nxp-radar-soc-enables-360-degree-surround-sensing\/<\/p>\n<p>R&amp;S affirme que le RTS est le seul syst\u00e8me de test adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la caract\u00e9risation compl\u00e8te des capteurs radar et de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;\u00e9chos radar avec des distances d&rsquo;objets allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la valeur de l&rsquo;entrefer du radar test\u00e9. Il combine le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur d&rsquo;\u00e9cho radar automobile R&amp;S AREG800A comme backend et le r\u00e9seau d&rsquo;antennes R&amp;S QAT100 ou le R&amp;S AREG8-81S comme frontend pour l&rsquo;ensemble du cycle de vie du radar automobile, y compris le laboratoire de d\u00e9veloppement, le hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), le vehicle-in-the-loop (VIL), la validation et les exigences de l&rsquo;application de production. Le syst\u00e8me est \u00e9galement enti\u00e8rement modulable et peut \u00e9muler les sc\u00e9narios de circulation les plus complexes pour les syst\u00e8mes avanc\u00e9s d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 la conduite.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous collaborons \u00e9troitement et avec succ\u00e8s avec Rohde &amp; Schwarz depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es pour la v\u00e9rification des conceptions de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de nos capteurs radar automobiles.
