Avec une plage de courant de commande en entr\u00e9e comprise entre 5 mA et 50 mA, un circuit de coupure rapide int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et une isolation renforc\u00e9e de 5\u00a0kVRMS, il fournit une tension et une intensit\u00e9 suffisantes pour piloter efficacement les MOSFET et IGBT de puissance discrets.<br \/>\nL\u2019un des principaux atouts du FDA117 est sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une source d\u2019alimentation flottante d\u2019une tension maximale de 15,3\u00a0V et d\u2019une intensit\u00e9 maximale de 60\u00a0\u00b5A, ce qui le destine au pilotage des dispositifs MOSFET et IGBT standard. Cette caract\u00e9ristique offre une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 dans la conception d\u2019applications en permettant le pilotage direct des dispositifs MOSFET\/\u00a0IGBT standard et la coupure en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des semi-conducteurs de puissance externes en moins de 0,5\u00a0milliseconde.
