Cette combinaison permet une commutation \u00e0 haute tension et \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9, ce qui est difficile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser avec des photor\u00e9seaux int\u00e9gr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le coupleur photovolta\u00efque est bas\u00e9 sur des r\u00e9seaux de photodiodes (PDA) de sorte dont l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par la lumi\u00e8re provenant de la LED d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e. Le coupleur est donc aliment\u00e9 par sa propre source d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, ce qui \u00e9limine le besoin d&rsquo;une source d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie externe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complexit\u00e9 des applications automobiles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les applications automobiles sont devenues plus complexes, exigeant des solutions plus s\u00fbres, compactes et sans entretien, avec une longue dur\u00e9e de vie. C&rsquo;est pourquoi les relais SSR remplacent de plus en plus les relais m\u00e9caniques traditionnels. L&rsquo;absence de contacts physiques garantit la fiabilit\u00e9 et un fonctionnement silencieux dans des applications telles comme la mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gestion des batteries<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes de gestion des batteries automobiles (BMS) requi\u00e8rent des capacit\u00e9s de gestion de la puissance importantes au sein des MOSFET, et les dispositifs appropri\u00e9s ont tendance \u00e0 n\u00e9cessiter une tension d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement de grille plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. De nombreux coupleurs photovolta\u00efques existants offrent un choix limit\u00e9 de MOSFETs adapt\u00e9s en raison de leur tension de sortie plus faible, ce qui n\u00e9cessite une solution de contournement avec deux coupleurs photovolta\u00efques connect\u00e9s en s\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n<p>Le TLX9910 offre une tension ouverte (VOC) de 13,5V, presque le double de celle des dispositifs existants, afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer le choix des MOSFET compatibles sans avoir \u00e0 contourner la conception. Associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la conception auto-aliment\u00e9e, cela permet de r\u00e9duire le nombre de composants, la taille, le poids et le co\u00fbt d&rsquo;une conception.<\/p>\n<p>Le TLX9910 est log\u00e9 dans un petit bo\u00eetier SO6 \u00e0 4 broches pour montage en surface, mesurant 3,7 \u00d7 7,0 x 2,1 mm.
