{"id":438248,"date":"2023-11-29T20:42:10","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T19:42:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=438248"},"modified":"2023-11-29T20:42:10","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T19:42:10","slug":"diode-laser-de-120-w-pour-lidar-industriel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/diode-laser-de-120-w-pour-lidar-industriel\/","title":{"rendered":"Diode laser de 120 W pour LiDAR industriel"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Rohm a mis au point une diode laser de haute puissance pour les \u00e9quipements LiDAR industriels et les applications grand public n\u00e9cessitant une mesure de la distance et une reconnaissance spatiale.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La diode laser infrarouge Rohm RLD90QZW8 120W r\u00e9duit la largeur d&rsquo;\u00e9mission et la d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature afin d&rsquo;\u00e9tendre la plage de d\u00e9tection et faciliter les conceptions LiDAR industrielles.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le LiDAR est de plus en plus utilis\u00e9 dans un large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;applications n\u00e9cessitant une automatisation, telles que les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 guidage automatique (AGV), les aspirateurs robotis\u00e9s et les v\u00e9hicules autonomes, o\u00f9 il est n\u00e9cessaire de mesurer avec pr\u00e9cision la distance et de reconna\u00eetre l&rsquo;espace. Il est n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les performances et le rendement des diodes laser lorsqu&rsquo;elles sont utilis\u00e9es comme sources lumineuses afin d&rsquo;augmenter la distance de d\u00e9tection et la pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>La conception du RLD90QZW8 r\u00e9duit la d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de la longueur d&rsquo;onde du laser de 66% par rapport aux produits g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, \u00e0 seulement \u039411,6nm (moyenne de 0,10nm\/\u00b0C). Il est ainsi possible de r\u00e9duire le filtre passe-bande tout en \u00e9tendant la plage de d\u00e9tection du LiDAR.<\/p>\n<p>Elle fait suite aux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes diode laser de 25 W en 2019, suivie de la 75 W en 2021.<\/p>\n<p>La diode laser de 120 W a une intensit\u00e9 lumineuse uniforme de 97 % sur une largeur d&rsquo;\u00e9mission de 270 \u00b5m, soit une plage de 264 \u00b5m qui contribue \u00e0 une meilleure r\u00e9solution. Parmi les autres caract\u00e9ristiques, citons l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e de la conversion puissance-lumi\u00e8re (PCE) pour une sortie optique efficace qui contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans les applications LiDAR.<\/p>\n<p>Toute une s\u00e9rie de supports de conception n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation du nouveau produit est disponible sur le site web de Rohm, ce qui facilite l&rsquo;introduction sur le march\u00e9.
