Le signal renvoy\u00e9 est mis en corr\u00e9lation avec la s\u00e9quence connue et le retard indique la distance par rapport \u00e0 la cible. Cette m\u00e9thode est r\u00e9sistante \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature, aux vibrations et aux effets du vieillissement.<\/p>\n<p>Le RMCW peut \u00e9galement donner des informations sur la vitesse instantan\u00e9e par pixel, \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de vitesse Doppler. Le fait de disposer de la vitesse dans un nuage de points permet aux techniques d&rsquo;apprentissage automatique de prendre des d\u00e9cisions de classification extr\u00eamement \u00e9clair\u00e9es, car il devient trivial de s\u00e9parer les objets en mouvement des objets stationnaires. Cette fonction avanc\u00e9e n&rsquo;est tout simplement pas possible avec le LiDAR conventionnel et n\u00e9cessite une technologie consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e pour extraire la vitesse instantan\u00e9e, ce qui requiert la d\u00e9tection d&rsquo;un d\u00e9calage de fr\u00e9quence d&rsquo;environ 1\/10 000 000e de la fr\u00e9quence porteuse.<\/p>\n<p>Cela permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique \u00e0 basse vitesse d&rsquo;atteindre la m\u00eame performance d&rsquo;impulsion que celle utilis\u00e9e par les LiDAR \u00e0 onde continue modul\u00e9e en fr\u00e9quence (FMCW), qui utilisent une \u00e9lectronique analogique beaucoup plus rapide, et pr\u00e9sente une grande immunit\u00e9 aux interf\u00e9rences. Il peut \u00eatre modul\u00e9 par le logiciel, de sorte que le syst\u00e8me LiDAR peut modifier activement sa modulation RMCW \u00e0 la vol\u00e9e en r\u00e9ponse aux signaux provenant de l&rsquo;environnement.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;amplificateur optique \u00e0 semiconducteur (SOA) int\u00e8gre la puce d&rsquo;amplification, ainsi qu&rsquo;un refroidisseur thermo\u00e9lectrique \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sur mesure, dans un bo\u00eetier\u00a0 scell\u00e9 herm\u00e9tique de qualit\u00e9 automobile. Il est capable d&rsquo;amplifier la lumi\u00e8re laser pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de port\u00e9e de &gt;200m sur un processus de puce produite. Il est \u00e9galement 50 \u00e0 80 fois plus petit et consomme moins d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie que les amplificateurs \u00e0 fibre utilis\u00e9s par les anciens LiDAR 1550nm, y compris le produit Off-Road de premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de Baraja.<\/p>\n<p>Le sous-ensemble optique bidirectionnel (BOSA) int\u00e8gre trois types de puces dans un bo\u00eetier de qualit\u00e9 automobile, et \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, mesurant 3 x 3,5 cm. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une diode laser InP, d&rsquo;une puce de r\u00e9ception homodyne produite \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de la photonique du silicium et d&rsquo;un amplificateur de transimp\u00e9dance en silicium.<\/p>\n<p>Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments,\u00a0 constituent une solution de bout en bout pour produire et recevoir la lumi\u00e8re laser r\u00e9glable en longueur d&rsquo;onde qui est la marque de fabrique de Spectrum-Scan, afin d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer partiellement les exigences de direction du faisceau du LiDAR.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0De multiples sous-syst\u00e8mes h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes sont contenus dans un LiDAR, ce qui n\u00e9cessiterait l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de chaque sous-syst\u00e8me via des classes de puces compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rentes et en utilisant des processus diff\u00e9rents.
