Le bo\u00eetier permet d&rsquo;utiliser le SiC pour des applications de moyenne puissance \u00e0 partir de 250 kW, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le silicium atteint les limites de la densit\u00e9 de puissance avec la technologie IGBT.<\/p>\n<p>Par rapport \u00e0 un module IGBT de 62 mm, la liste des applications est \u00e9tendue aux solaire, serveurs, stockage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, chargeurs de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectrique, \u00e9quipement de traction, cuisson par induction, conversion d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie&#8230;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La technologie M1H permet d&rsquo;\u00e9largir consid\u00e9rablement la fen\u00eatre de tension de la grille, ce qui garantit une grande robustesse aux pointes de tension induites par le pilote et la disposition de la grille, sans aucune restriction, m\u00eame \u00e0 des fr\u00e9quences de commutation \u00e9lev\u00e9es. En outre, les pertes de commutation et de transmission tr\u00e8s faibles r\u00e9duisent les besoins de refroidissement. Associ\u00e9s \u00e0 une tension inverse \u00e9lev\u00e9e, ces dispositifs r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 une autre exigence de la conception des syst\u00e8mes modernes. L&rsquo;utilisation de la technologie CoolSiC d&rsquo;Infineon permet d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des convertisseurs, d&rsquo;augmenter la puissance nominale par onduleur et de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Avec une embase et des connexions \u00e0 vis, l&rsquo;ensemble pr\u00e9sente une m\u00e9canique tr\u00e8s robuste, des co\u00fbts d&rsquo;entretien minimaux. La haute\u00a0 fiabilit\u00e9\u00a0 est obtenue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une capacit\u00e9 thermique \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement continu (T vjop) de 150\u00b0C. La conception sym\u00e9trique du bo\u00eetier interne assure des conditions de commutation identiques pour les interrupteurs haut et bas. En option, la performance thermique du module peut \u00eatre encore am\u00e9lior\u00e9e par l&rsquo;application pr\u00e9alable d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riau d&rsquo;interface thermique (TIM).<\/p>\n<p>Les MOSFET en bo\u00eetier CoolSiC 62mm sont disponibles en variantes 1200 V de 5 m\u03a9\/180 A, 2 m\u03a9\/420 A et 1 m\u03a9\/560 A. La gamme 2000 V comprendra les variantes 4 m\u03a9\/300 A et 3 m\u03a9\/400 A. Le portefeuille sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9 au premier trimestre 2024 par les variantes 1200 V\/3 m\u03a9 et 2000 V\/5 m\u03a9.<\/p>\n<p>Une carte d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation est disponible pour une caract\u00e9risation rapide des modules (double impulsion\/fonctionnement continu). Pour faciliter l&rsquo;utilisation, il permet un r\u00e9glage souple de la tension et des r\u00e9sistances de la porte.
