{"id":437331,"date":"2023-11-16T20:44:50","date_gmt":"2023-11-16T19:44:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=437331"},"modified":"2023-11-16T20:44:50","modified_gmt":"2023-11-16T19:44:50","slug":"xmems-prepare-un-micro-haut-parleur-mems-a-ultrasons","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/xmems-prepare-un-micro-haut-parleur-mems-a-ultrasons\/","title":{"rendered":"xMEMS pr\u00e9pare un micro haut-parleur MEMS \u00e0 ultrasons"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">xMEMS Labs a con\u00e7u un haut-parleur MEMS \u00e0 ultrasons qui permettra de remplacer les haut-parleurs \u00e0 bobines des oreillettes antibruit.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un support \u00e0 ultrasons et d&rsquo;une d\u00e9modulation permet de s\u00e9parer le niveau de pression acoustique (SPL) du d\u00e9placement de la membrane, ce qui permet d&rsquo;obtenir des micro-hauts-parleurs MEMS plus petits capables de fournir la r\u00e9ponse dans les graves requise, selon Mike Housholder, vice-pr\u00e9sident du marketing et du d\u00e9veloppement commercial.<\/p>\n<p>Le haut-parleur MEMS de Cypress atteint un niveau de pression acoustique de plus de 140 dB \u00e0 20 Hz. Si l&rsquo;on tient compte des pertes de 20 dB dues \u00e0 l&rsquo;a\u00e9ration des oreillettes, le niveau sonore reste suffisant pour rivaliser avec les enceintes \u00e0 bobine magn\u00e9tique, mais avec une meilleure pr\u00e9cision audio sur l&rsquo;ensemble du spectre.<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir, des \u00e9couteurs complets avec r\u00e9duction du bruit pourront \u00eatre bas\u00e9s sur un seul haut-parleur MEMS par oreille. Actuellement, les solutions tendent \u00e0 utiliser deux haut-parleurs avec des tweeters MEMS pour les m\u00e9diums et les aigus et un woofer \u00e0 bobine mobile magn\u00e9tique pour les basses.<\/p>\n<p>Le haut-parleur MEMS de Cypress fera l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une d\u00e9monstration au CES 2024, la production en s\u00e9rie \u00e9tant pr\u00e9vue pour la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2024 et l&rsquo;apparition dans les produits en 2025. SM fournissent de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie ultrasonore modul\u00e9e au syst\u00e8me. Ceux marqu\u00e9s SV sont pilot\u00e9s par un signal de d\u00e9modulation et la combinaison produit un son \u00e0 large spectre avec une forte r\u00e9ponse dans les basses.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0En adoptant le principe du son provenant des ultrasons, le micro-haut-parleur xMEMS Cypress peut d\u00e9sormais remplacer officiellement les haut-parleurs traditionnels \u00e0 bobine et aimant dans les oreillettes \u00e0 r\u00e9duction active du bruit\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Housholder dans un communiqu\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0Cypress conserve tous les avantages des haut-parleurs existants de xMEMS, tout en \u00e9tant 40 fois plus puissant dans les basses fr\u00e9quences, ce qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une exigence essentielle pour les \u00e9couteurs ANC.<\/p>\n<p>Cypress comprend : un modulateur pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une onde porteuse ultrasonique modul\u00e9e en amplitude et un signal d\u00e9modulateur pour d\u00e9moduler de mani\u00e8re synchrone l&rsquo;onde ultrasonique, en transf\u00e9rant l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie acoustique vers la bande de base, produisant ainsi le son audible pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, la vitesse de r\u00e9ponse des membranes MEMS en silicium est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des membranes \u00e0 bobine magn\u00e9tique, ce qui permet \u00e0 Cypress d&rsquo;offrir une fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l&rsquo;enregistrement original. Avec une meilleure r\u00e9solution dans le domaine temporel, Cypress peut reproduire plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les formats sonores avanc\u00e9s d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, y compris la haute r\u00e9solution et l&rsquo;audio spatial.<\/p>\n<p>Par rapport aux anciennes architectures de bobines, les pi\u00e8ces MEMS pr\u00e9sentent une r\u00e9ponse m\u00e9canique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et un d\u00e9phasage r\u00e9duit. une haute coh\u00e9rence de phase d&rsquo;une partie \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. Les diaphragmes rigides en silicium \u00e9liminent la rupture du haut-parleur pour une meilleure clart\u00e9 des m\u00e9diums et des aigus. Ils sont non magn\u00e9tiques, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire le poids et les interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p>Cypress se pr\u00e9sente sous la forme d&rsquo;un bo\u00eetier de 6,3 mm sur 6,5 mm sur 1,65 mm, contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par un ASIC s\u00e9par\u00e9 appel\u00e9 Alta. Cypress est 40 fois plus bruyant dans les basses fr\u00e9quences que les haut-parleurs MEMS de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente de xMEMS Cowell.<\/p>\n<p>Des prototypes de silicium Cypress \u00e0 fonction compl\u00e8te sont \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9s pour des clients s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s.
