Il est propos\u00e9 sous forme de chiplets et d&rsquo;IP.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de 40 % des performances provient d&rsquo;un pipeline hors ordre agressif de quinze instructions de large dans la microarchitecture pour atteindre la fr\u00e9quence plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e avec une architecture de processeur haute performance, une hi\u00e9rarchie de cache am\u00e9lior\u00e9e et l&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;un processeur vectoriel de 512 bits et d&rsquo;extensions de la matrice IA.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a 32 c\u0153urs par grappe avec 128 Mo de cache L3 partag\u00e9 par grappe qui peut \u00e9voluer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 192 c\u0153urs. Elle comprend \u00e9galement une unit\u00e9 de gestion de la m\u00e9moire IO MMU de classe serveur et une architecture d&rsquo;interruption avanc\u00e9e (AIA), ainsi que des mesures d&rsquo;att\u00e9nuation des attaques par canal lat\u00e9ral pour prot\u00e9ger la puce.<\/p>\n<p>Le chiplet Veyron V2 utilise l&rsquo;interconnexion de chiplet UCIe et permet d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mise sur le march\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 deux ans et de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de d\u00e9veloppement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 75 %.
