{"id":437005,"date":"2023-11-14T09:31:21","date_gmt":"2023-11-14T08:31:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=437005"},"modified":"2023-11-14T09:31:21","modified_gmt":"2023-11-14T08:31:21","slug":"une-nouvelle-generation-dalimentations-ultra-compactes-a-haut-rendement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/une-nouvelle-generation-dalimentations-ultra-compactes-a-haut-rendement\/","title":{"rendered":"Une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;alimentations ultra-compactes \u00e0 haut rendement"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe R&amp;D de COSEL a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un \u00e9tage de puissance hautement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 utilisant des semi-conducteurs \u00e0 large bande (WBG) en nitrure de gallium (GaN) associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un transformateur multicouches, de type planaire, \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Utilisant les technologies les plus avanc\u00e9es telles que des semi-conducteurs \u00e0 large bande en nitrure de gallium (GaN), des transformateurs multicouches planaires \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence et une topologie flyback am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, la s\u00e9rie TE propos\u00e9e par Cosel comprend un 45W (TECS\/TEPS45F) et un 65W (TECS\/TEPS65F) qui s&rsquo;int\u00e8grent dans des encombrements de 1&#215;2,3 (TEPS) ou 1&#215;3 (TECS) pouces. Les versions \u00e0 sortie 12V et 24V sont capables de fournir 140% de puissance pour soutenir les charges de pointe avec un rendement exceptionnel de 93,5%. Deux versions, avec broches (TEPS) ou connecteurs (TECS), sont disponibles avec des brochages compatibles pour faciliter la mise \u00e0 niveau des syst\u00e8mes. Les produits standard sont livr\u00e9s sous forme de ch\u00e2ssis ouvert, mais un bo\u00eetier de protection contre la poussi\u00e8re est disponible en option.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9pondant \u00e0 la demande du march\u00e9 pour des applications industrielles \u00e0 faible encombrement, les ing\u00e9nieurs de COSEL ont combin\u00e9 le meilleur des derni\u00e8res technologies pour fournir des alimentations \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9 de puissance avec un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 et une grande fiabilit\u00e9. Sur la base de sa longue exp\u00e9rience dans la conception de topologies \u00e0 haut rendement, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe R&amp;D de COSEL a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un \u00e9tage de puissance hautement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 utilisant des semi-conducteurs \u00e0 large bande (WBG) en nitrure de gallium (GaN) associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un transformateur multicouches, de type planaire, \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence. En tirant profit des performances du GaN dans la commutation \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible de fournir 45 et 65W dans une empreinte de 1&#215;2,3 pouces (25,4 x 58,4mm Max) avec un rendement allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 93.5%.<\/p>\n<p>Con\u00e7ue pour la flexibilit\u00e9, la s\u00e9rie TE offre deux versions d&rsquo;interconnexion, le TEPS avec des broches pour le montage sur circuit imprim\u00e9 et le TECS avec des connecteurs JST. Dans les deux cas, les 45W et 65W sont interchangeables. Tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e par les concepteurs de syst\u00e8mes, cette caract\u00e9ristique simplifie la conception des cartes et offre des options de mise \u00e0 niveau lors d\u2019ajout de fonctions au niveau de l\u2019application. COSEL a \u00e9galement pris en consid\u00e9ration la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de minimiser la taille de l&rsquo;alimentation, et a adopt\u00e9 une technique d&rsquo;assemblage vertical qui, combin\u00e9e \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence de commutation plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 800KHz, permet d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser environ 58% d&rsquo;espace sur la carte par rapport \u00e0 la technologie traditionnelle de montage \u00e0 plat, tout en conservant un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de rendement de conversion de puissance, sup\u00e9rieur de trois points par rapport aux produits conventionnels.<\/p>\n<p>Con\u00e7ue pour des applications internationales, la s\u00e9rie TE a une plage de tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de 85VAC \u00e0 264VAC monophas\u00e9, et est conforme aux normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 plage de tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de 100-240VAC (50\/60Hz). Les TECS\/TEPS45F et TECS\/TEPS65F sont disponibles en trois tensions de sortie fixes, 5V, 12V et 24V avec des courants respectifs allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 45W et 65W.
