Dans le cadre de ce programme, une \u00e9quipe internationale a test\u00e9 les capacit\u00e9s de la cam\u00e9ra dans des sc\u00e9narios r\u00e9alistes d&rsquo;exploration g\u00e9ologique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article__block\">\n<figure class=\"article__image article__image--right\"><a class=\"popup\" href=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/ESA_Multimedia\/Images\/2023\/10\/Astronauts_using_the_Artemis_lunar_camera_during_geological_exploration\"> <img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/var\/esa\/storage\/images\/esa_multimedia\/images\/2023\/10\/astronauts_using_the_artemis_lunar_camera_during_geological_exploration\/25150159-1-eng-GB\/Astronauts_using_the_Artemis_lunar_camera_during_geological_exploration_article.jpg\" alt=\"Les astronautes utilisent la cam\u00e9ra lunaire Artemis\" width=\"392\" height=\"261\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 392px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 392\/261;\" \/> <\/a><figcaption class=\"image__caption\">Les astronautes utilisent la cam\u00e9ra lunaire Artemis<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Pendant les sorties g\u00e9ologiques, les astronautes documentent leur travail d&rsquo;exploration \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/ESA_Multimedia\/Videos\/2018\/11\/App_to_the_Moon_the_Electronic_Field_Book\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">carnet de route \u00e9lectronique de l&rsquo;ESA<\/a>, un outil qui permet aux instructeurs en g\u00e9ologie de PANGAEA de suivre et de soutenir l&rsquo;\u00e9quipage depuis la salle de sciences. Cette ann\u00e9e, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe scientifique a re\u00e7u des enregistrements audio et vid\u00e9o en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;ajout de la cam\u00e9ra lunaire a permis \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe d&rsquo;avoir un aper\u00e7u r\u00e9aliste de l&rsquo;exploration de la surface lunaire. Ce fut l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer leur exp\u00e9rience, quelque chose que nous serions heureux de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter dans le future\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Loredana Bessone, chef de projet de PANGAEA.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle cam\u00e9ra lunaire est construite \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;appareils photo professionnels disponibles sur le march\u00e9, dot\u00e9s d&rsquo;une grande sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re et d&rsquo;objectifs de pointe. Pour la pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l&rsquo;espace, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de la NASA a apport\u00e9 plusieurs modifications, notamment l&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;une couverture pour la protection contre la poussi\u00e8re et la protection thermique &#8211; les temp\u00e9ratures varient de moins 200 \u00e0 120 degr\u00e9s Celsius sur la Lune &#8211; ainsi qu&rsquo;un nouvel ensemble de boutons ergonomiques pour les astronautes qui portent des gants avec les encombrantes combinaisons spatiales .<\/p>\n<p>Les astronautes de la mission Apollo 11 ont pris des images embl\u00e9matiques de la Lune avec un appareil photo tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent : un appareil m\u00e9canique Hasselblad autonome \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;un objectif Harrison Schmidt 60 mm. Pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de la mission, les astronautes ont pris 1407 photos \u00e0 partir de quatre de ces cam\u00e9ras.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;appareil photo Artemis Moon sera le premier appareil photo sans miroir destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 main lev\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;espace. Les appareils photo sans miroir offrent une excellente qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;image dans les situations de faible luminosit\u00e9, ce qui les rend bien adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;environnement difficile et tr\u00e8s contrast\u00e9 de la Lune.<\/p>\n<p>La cam\u00e9ra peut \u00e9galement enregistrer des vid\u00e9os.
