Il en r\u00e9sulte une efficacit\u00e9 de conversion de puissance allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 93 %, ce qui permet d&rsquo;obtenir des alimentations flyback tr\u00e8s compactes pouvant fournir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 85 W sans dissipateur thermique.<\/p>\n<p>Radu Barsan, vice-pr\u00e9sident de la technologie chez Power Integrations, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab Power Integrations continue de faire progresser l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de l&rsquo;art dans le d\u00e9veloppement de la technologie GaN haute tension et son d\u00e9ploiement commercial, rendant obsol\u00e8tes en passant, les meilleurs MOSFET silicium haute tension.
