{"id":436535,"date":"2023-11-07T20:33:32","date_gmt":"2023-11-07T19:33:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=436535"},"modified":"2023-11-07T20:33:32","modified_gmt":"2023-11-07T19:33:32","slug":"rohm-developpe-son-premier-condensateur-au-silicium","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/rohm-developpe-son-premier-condensateur-au-silicium\/","title":{"rendered":"Rohm d\u00e9veloppe son premier condensateur au silicium"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Rohm a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sa premi\u00e8re gamme de condensateurs au silicium dans le plus petit bo\u00eetier de montage en surface 01005 pour les smartphones et les dispositifs portables, les dispositifs IoT et les \u00e9metteurs-r\u00e9cepteurs optiques.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Premi\u00e8re s\u00e9rie de la gamme de condensateurs au silicium, la s\u00e9rie BTD1RVFL (BTD1RVFL102 \/ BTD1RVFL471) se compose du plus petit composant de montage en surface de l&rsquo;industrie de dimensions de 0,4 mm \u00d7 0,2 mm (0402), produit en grande quantit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les condensateurs au silicium utilisant la technologie des semiconducteurs \u00e0 couche mince peuvent fournir une capacit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans un facteur de forme plus fin que les condensateurs c\u00e9ramiques multicouches (MLCC) existants. Des caract\u00e9ristiques de temp\u00e9rature stables, ainsi qu&rsquo;une meilleure fiabilit\u00e9, acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent l&rsquo;adoption dans une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;applications.<\/p>\n<p>Les condensateurs au silicium sont fabriqu\u00e9s en utilisant la technologie de miniaturisation RASMID, propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de Rohm, qui permet un traitement par incr\u00e9ments de 1\u00b5m. Cela permet d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les d\u00e9fauts lors de la formation externe et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les tol\u00e9rances dimensionnelles \u00e0 \u00b110\u00b5m. Cette petite variation dans la taille du produit permet un montage avec une distance plus faible avec les composants adjacents. De m\u00eame, l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrode arri\u00e8re utilis\u00e9e pour la liaison avec le substrat a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tendue \u00e0 la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie du bo\u00eetier pour am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance du montage.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9duction de la surface de montage est d&rsquo;environ 55 % par rapport aux produits g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de taille 0,6 mm \u00d7 0,3 mm (0603) \u00e0 seulement 0,08 mm2. Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de protection TVS int\u00e9gr\u00e9 garantit une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e aux d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques (ESD), ce qui r\u00e9duit le temps n\u00e9cessaire aux contre-mesures de surtension et aux autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments de conception des circuits.<\/p>\n<p>Rohm pr\u00e9voit que le march\u00e9 mondial des condensateurs au silicium augmentera de 50 % d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2030 pour atteindre 300 milliards (2 milliards de dollars).
