NLIR, jeune soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Danoise, utilise la technique SFG pour d\u00e9velopper des spectrom\u00e8tres et d\u00e9tecteurs infrarouge, rapides et qui ne n\u00e9cessitent aucun refroidissement. NLIR utilise la SFG dans un processus appel\u00e9 up-conversion, qui vise \u00e0 convertir la longueur d&rsquo;onde de la lumi\u00e8re infrarouge moyen (MIR) entrante en lumi\u00e8re quasi-visible. En \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9langeant\u00a0\u00bb le signal \u00e0 mesurer avec celui d&rsquo;un laser 1064 nm int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;instrument dans un cristal LiNBO3, on peut \u00ab\u00a0voir\u00a0\u00bb dans le visible et le proche Infra-rouge ce qui se passe dans le MIR.
