Encore en phase de prototypage, ce moteur \u00e9lectrique nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration baptis\u00e9 E7A verra le jour en 2027. \u00a0Gr\u00e2ce aux \u00e9changes r\u00e9guliers entre le constructeur et l\u2019\u00e9quipementier automobile, ce partenariat lanc\u00e9 en 2021 s\u2019est vite transform\u00e9 en cod\u00e9veloppement. Chacun a apport\u00e9 sa pi\u00e8ce ma\u00eetresse (le rotor pour Renault Group et le stator pour Valeo) et son expertise en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement technologique et de production. La mise au point du moteur E7A, est actuellement en cours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sans terres rares, un moteur \u00e9lectrique plus respectueux de l\u2019environnement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-435571 alignleft lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Renault-E7A-e1698344805308.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"162\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 200px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 200\/162;\" \/>L&rsquo;expertise de Renault se situe dans la ma\u00eetrise \u00e0 fournir pour ce nouveau moteur \u00e9lectrique E7A une architecture \u00ab all-in-one \u00bb le rendant 30 % plus compact \u00e0 puissance \u00e9quivalente que les moteurs actuels qui \u00e9quipent M\u00e9gane E-Tech electric et Sc\u00e9nic E-Tech electric, mais \u00e9galement une technologie de rotor d\u00e9pourvue de terres rares, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire son impact carbone de 30 %. En privil\u00e9giant le rotor bobin\u00e9 face \u00e0 la technologie de moteur \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 aimants permanents, Renault offre un meilleur rendement \u00e0 son moteur, s\u00e9curise son approvisionnement et conserve \u00e9galement son ind\u00e9pendance vis-\u00e0-vis de pays producteurs de terres rares et d\u2019aimants.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Plus de puissance et d\u2019efficience<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ce moteur E7A fera diminuer le temps de recharge de la batterie puisque la tension syst\u00e8me sera port\u00e9e \u00e0 800 volts, contre 400 volts en standard actuellement. Puissant et efficient, via le stator fourni par Valeo. Le nouveau moteur \u00e9lectrique E7A d\u00e9veloppera jusqu\u2019\u00e0 200 kW : davantage de puissance sans consommer plus d\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique. Enfin, ce moteur utilise la technologie Hairpin<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>pour l\u2019assemblage des fils de cuivre, une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 de Valeo depuis 2010.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-435567 aligncenter lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Renault-moteur-E7A-1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"233\" height=\"155\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 233px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 233\/155;\" \/>\u00c0 ce stade, ce moteur est encore en phase de d\u00e9veloppement. La production \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle de ce moteur de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u00e9marrera fin 2027 \u00e0 l\u2019usine de Cl\u00e9on de Renault Group.<\/p>\n<p><a
