La nouvelle machine permet d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 CTX de fabriquer des dissipateurs thermiques de haute performance avec des ailettes qui peuvent avoir une \u00e9paisseur de 0,1 mm pour l&rsquo;aluminium et une hauteur allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 180 mm, tout en r\u00e9duisant la distance entre les ailettes individuelles \u00e0 0,2 mm. Les dissipateurs eux-m\u00eames peuvent mesurer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 29 x 9 cm. Le processus d&rsquo;\u00e9croutage consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9couper les ailettes de refroidissement dans un seul bloc d&rsquo;aluminium ou de cuivre, sans interruption de la connexion entre les ailettes et le dissipateur thermique. Le processus garantit \u00e9galement une densit\u00e9 de puissance sp\u00e9cifique \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La grande surface conductrice de chaleur d&rsquo;un dissipateur thermique \u00e0 ailettes permet un refroidissement rapide et efficace en \u00e9lectronique de puissance. Elles peuvent \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de divers m\u00e9thodes.
