{"id":435427,"date":"2023-07-25T19:21:28","date_gmt":"2023-07-25T17:21:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=435427"},"modified":"2023-10-25T19:36:58","modified_gmt":"2023-10-25T17:36:58","slug":"dissipateurs-thermiques-smt-en-aluminium-personnalise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/dissipateurs-thermiques-smt-en-aluminium-personnalise\/","title":{"rendered":"Dissipateurs thermiques SMT en aluminium personnalis\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 allemande CTX a \u00e9largi sa gamme de dissipateurs thermiques SMD pour montage en surface avec des conceptions en aluminium personnalis\u00e9es.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Outre les dissipateurs thermiques standard pour tous les modules D-PAK courants, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 propose des dissipateurs thermiques SMD en aluminium extrud\u00e9 et extrud\u00e9 \u00e0 froid, con\u00e7us et produits pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences pr\u00e9cises de dissipation thermiques.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la demande de dissipateurs thermiques SMD personnalis\u00e9s a consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Wilfried Schmitz, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de CTX Thermal Solutions.\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Cette demande avec des dissipateurs thermiques sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l&rsquo;application, fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;alliages d&rsquo;aluminium coul\u00e9s en continu ou d&rsquo;aluminium de hautes performances. Les dissipateurs extrud\u00e9s ou extrud\u00e9s \u00e0 froid sont disponibles en vrac ou sous forme de bandes et de bobines.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>CTX propose trois options pour la liaison entre le semi-conducteur et le dissipateur thermique.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une liaison manuelle est obtenue en appliquant un adh\u00e9sif thermoconducteur sur la surface de contact du semi-conducteur, puis en pla\u00e7ant le dissipateur thermique sur l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le traitement automatis\u00e9, les dissipateurs thermiques SMD sont dot\u00e9s d&rsquo;une feuille thermoconductrice adh\u00e9sive double face pour la liaison avec le semi-conducteur.<\/p>\n<p>Les dissipateurs thermiques extrud\u00e9s et extrud\u00e9s \u00e0 froid peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre pr\u00e9-\u00e9tam\u00e9s pour permettre un soudage manuel ou automatis\u00e9 sur le circuit imprim\u00e9 afin de cr\u00e9er une liaison parfaite avec l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment semiconducteur.<\/p>\n<p>Les dissipateurs thermiques en aluminium extrud\u00e9 ou extrud\u00e9 \u00e0 froid pr\u00e9sentent d&rsquo;importants avantages par rapport aux dissipateurs thermiques standard, qui sont fabriqu\u00e9s en cuivre par emboutissage et formage, puis \u00e9tam\u00e9s : Les deux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s permettent de r\u00e9aliser des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries de dissipateurs tr\u00e8s individualis\u00e9s avec de tr\u00e8s grandes surfaces.
