{"id":433773,"date":"2023-10-04T16:18:42","date_gmt":"2023-10-04T14:18:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=433773"},"modified":"2023-10-04T16:19:28","modified_gmt":"2023-10-04T14:19:28","slug":"tachyum-va-construire-un-supercalculateur-de-50-exaflop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/tachyum-va-construire-un-supercalculateur-de-50-exaflop\/","title":{"rendered":"Tachyum va construire un supercalculateur de 50 exaFLOP"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Tachyum va construire un superordinateur \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle bas\u00e9 sur sa puce Prodigy Universal Processor de 5 nm pour un client am\u00e9ricain.<\/h3>\n<p>Le supercalculateur Tachyum aura une performance de plus de 50 exaFLOP, soit 25 fois plus rapide que les syst\u00e8mes actuels, et supportera des mod\u00e8les d&rsquo;IA potentiellement 25 000 fois plus grands, avec un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des centaines de p\u00e9taoctets de DRAM et \u00e0 des exaoctets de stockage primaire flash.<\/p>\n<p>La puce Prodigy permet d&rsquo;augmenter consid\u00e9rablement les architectures de m\u00e9moire, de stockage et de calcul pour les charges de travail des centres de donn\u00e9es, de l&rsquo;IA et du HPC dans les administrations, la recherche et les universit\u00e9s, les entreprises, la fabrication et d&rsquo;autres secteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9ricano-slovaque a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une architecture de superordinateur de 20 exaflops utilisant la puce Prodigy, dont l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage devrait \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/tachyum-shows-design-of-20-exaflop-supercomputer\/\">Tachyum pr\u00e9sente la conception d&rsquo;un supercalculateur de 20 ExaFlop<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/tachyum-boosts-universal-processor-design-to-192-cores\/\">Conception d&rsquo;un processeur universel jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 192 c\u0153urs<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;installation du supercalculateur \u00e9quip\u00e9 de Prodigy commencera en 2024 et atteindra sa pleine capacit\u00e9 en 2025. Cela permettra d&rsquo;obtenir 8 zeta-flops d&rsquo;apprentissage \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA pour les grands mod\u00e8les linguistiques LLM et 16 zeta-flops de traitement d&rsquo;images et de vid\u00e9os. Cela permettrait d&rsquo;adapter plus de 100 000x mod\u00e8les de param\u00e8tres PALM2 530B ou 25 000x mod\u00e8les de param\u00e8tres ChatGPT4 1,7T avec la m\u00e9moire de base et 100 000x ChatGPT4 avec 4x de DRAM de base.<\/p>\n<p>Les n\u0153uds \u00e0 4 sockets, refroidis par liquide, sont connect\u00e9s \u00e0 400G RoCE ethernet, avec la possibilit\u00e9 de doubler jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 800G tout le tissu de commutation non bloquant et non surprovisionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;\u00e9chelle et la puissance de calcul sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent requises dans le cadre de cette installation ne pouvaient tout simplement pas \u00eatre fournies par un fabricant de puces sur le march\u00e9 aujourd&rsquo;hui\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le Dr Radoslav Danilak, fondateur et PDG de Tachyum.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Alors que des startups re\u00e7oivent des milliards de dollars, sur la base de leur promesse d&rsquo;atteindre des capacit\u00e9s similaires dans le futur, seule Tachyum est positionn\u00e9e pour fournir la capacit\u00e9 de construire \u00e9conomiquement des machines plus grandes d&rsquo;un ordre de grandeur qui permettent potentiellement la transition vers l&rsquo;IA cognitive, \u00e0 partir de la fin de cette ann\u00e9e.
