Les \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle et l&rsquo;utilisation de la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement existante en circuits imprim\u00e9s pourraient faire baisser ce prix \u00e0 60 dollars \u00e0 1,5 W\/cm2, selon l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Bramble a lev\u00e9 35 millions de livres sterling (40 millions d&rsquo;euros) pour d\u00e9velopper la technologie brevet\u00e9e bas\u00e9e sur les circuits imprim\u00e9s afin d&rsquo;amener l&rsquo;industrie vers cet objectif gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une conception innovante, \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection des mat\u00e9riaux et aux processus de fabrication.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/35m-to-build-worlds-largest-fuel-cell-stack-supplier\/\">35 millions de livres sterling pour construire le plus grand fournisseur mondial de piles \u00e0 combustible<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le substrat de base de la pile \u00e0 combustible PCB de Bramble est un stratifi\u00e9 PCB standard, qui sert de plaque bipolaire, assurant l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 structurelle, l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, la collecte du courant, le scellement et bien plus encore. Ces mat\u00e9riaux normalis\u00e9s sont largement utilis\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;industrie des circuits imprim\u00e9s, ce qui a permis de r\u00e9aliser d&rsquo;importantes \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle, accessibles m\u00eame aux plus petites valeurs de production et de prototypage.<\/p>\n<p>Contrairement aux technologies traditionnelles, l&rsquo;approche de Bramble bas\u00e9e sur les circuits imprim\u00e9s permet une production \u00e0 haut volume dans les installations existantes. La production d&rsquo;une usine de prototypage de circuits imprim\u00e9s au Royaume-Uni est de l&rsquo;ordre de 250 panneaux par jour. Les installations plus importantes traitent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 25 000 panneaux par jour. Les installations \u00e0 haut volume travaillent \u00e9galement avec des panneaux de plus grande taille, qui sont plus rentables et permettent une plus grande libert\u00e9 de conception. Les usines de circuits imprim\u00e9s du monde entier adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 des normes de fabrication telles que la norme ISO9001, ce qui garantit une qualit\u00e9 et une capacit\u00e9 de production constantes.<\/p>\n<p>La pile \u00e0 combustible PCB est en phase initiale d&rsquo;essai et en service dans sa cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement au Royaume-Uni, et des essais \u00e0 court terme de la technologie sont pr\u00e9vus dans le courant de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.
