Les premiers exemplaires de LPCAMM de Samsung ont termin\u00e9 la v\u00e9rification du syst\u00e8me en l&rsquo;utilisant dans des plates-formes PC bas\u00e9es sur Intel, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Samsung.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle, les PC et les ordinateurs portables utilisent traditionnellement soit de la DRAM LPDDR soud\u00e9e \u00e0 la carte m\u00e8re, soit des modules de m\u00e9moire double en ligne (SO-DIMM) bas\u00e9s sur la DDR et log\u00e9s dans des sockets.<\/p>\n<p>Les DRAM LPDDR sont compactes, mais elles sont fix\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re permanente \u00e0 la carte m\u00e8re, ce qui complique leur remplacement en cas de r\u00e9paration ou de mise \u00e0 niveau. Les SO-DIMM peuvent \u00eatre attach\u00e9s ou d\u00e9tach\u00e9s facilement, mais ils pr\u00e9sentent des limites en termes de performances et d&rsquo;espace qu&rsquo;ils occupent sur la carte m\u00e8re, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Samsung.<\/p>\n<h4>Le meilleur des deux<\/h4>\n<p>Le format LPCAMM offre le meilleur des deux solutions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, affirme Samsung.<\/p>\n<p>Le LPCAMM est d\u00e9tachable, ce qui offre une certaine souplesse aux fabricants de PC, mais sa forme en T permet de r\u00e9duire de 60 % l&rsquo;espace occup\u00e9 sur la carte m\u00e8re.
