Ils offrent une r\u00e9solution plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e permettant une analyse plus pr\u00e9cise des signaux, et sont dot\u00e9s de fonctions qui am\u00e9liorent la convivialit\u00e9 et facilitent la configuration. Les oscilloscopes mixtes s\u00e9rie DLM4000 \u00e0 huit voies de Yokogawa, lanc\u00e9e en 2012, et la s\u00e9rie DLM5000 qui lui succ\u00e8de, lanc\u00e9e en 2020, se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es populaires aupr\u00e8s des d\u00e9veloppeurs d&rsquo;appareils \u00e9lectroniques et m\u00e9catroniques. Toutefois, compte tenu de l&rsquo;importance croissante accord\u00e9e ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es aux mesures qui contribuent \u00e0 d\u00e9carboniser la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, il devient n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des moteurs, des onduleurs et des syst\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux \u00e9nergies propres, tels que les \u00e9quipements de production d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire. Ce besoin se fait particuli\u00e8rement ressentir en \u00e9lectronique de puissance, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;augmentation des applications et de la production de moyens de puissance de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui utilisent des technologies en carbure de silicium (SiC), exigent une pr\u00e9cision de mesure toujours plus grande. La s\u00e9rie DLM5000HD r\u00e9pond \u00e0 ces besoins gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses mesures multivoies et \u00e0 sa r\u00e9solution am\u00e9lior\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;axe vertical.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caract\u00e9ristiques principales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie DLM5000HD se compose de deux mod\u00e8les 8 voies (500 MHz DLM5058HD et 350 MHz DLM5058HD) et de deux mod\u00e8les 4 voies (500 MHz DLM5054HD et 350 MHz DLM5034HD). La s\u00e9rie DLM5000HD offre une r\u00e9solution verticale de 12 bits, 16 fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la s\u00e9rie DLM5000 existante, permettant une plus grande pr\u00e9cision dans l&rsquo;observation des signaux. Cette caract\u00e9ristique est particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressante pour les d\u00e9veloppeurs d&rsquo;onduleurs nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, car elle permet d&rsquo;observer avec pr\u00e9cision d&rsquo;infimes variations sur des signaux \u00e0 haute vitesse. Il est ainsi possible de d\u00e9tecter des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes susceptibles de provoquer des anomalies inattendues.<\/p>\n<p>Autre caract\u00e9ristique utile de la s\u00e9rie DLM5000HD, la fonction auto-setup d\u2019analyse du bus s\u00e9rie. Elle permet de gagner du temps en d\u00e9finissant automatiquement le d\u00e9bit et un niveau de seuil optimal. Elle peut d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e avec des courbes d\u00e9j\u00e0 enregistr\u00e9es. Cela signifie que l&rsquo;auto-setup peut m\u00eame \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 avec des signaux \u00e0 basse fr\u00e9quence, am\u00e9liorant ainsi le travail de d\u00e9veloppement et d&rsquo;analyse des bus embarqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie DLM5000HD peut stocker jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1 milliard de points de donn\u00e9es, soit le double de la s\u00e9rie DLM5000. Cela permet aux utilisateurs de stocker des donn\u00e9es historiques sur 200 000 courbes historiques*. Il permet, de plus, de doubler le nombre de courbes pouvant \u00eatre recherch\u00e9es et compar\u00e9es avec la m\u00e9moire \u00e9tendue. Un seul appareil permet donc aussi bien de mesurer le comportement des syst\u00e8mes de freinage, que d&rsquo;analyser d\u2019autres syst\u00e8mes qui n\u00e9cessitent d\u2019\u00eatre enregistr\u00e9s \u00e0 des vitesse d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage \u00e9lev\u00e9 pendant plusieurs millisecondes, am\u00e9liorant ainsi le travail de d\u00e9veloppement et d\u2019analyse.<\/p>\n<p>Comme pour la s\u00e9rie DLM5000, les mesures peuvent \u00eatre captur\u00e9es sur 16 voies analogiques et 64 bits logiques (huit voies logiques de 8 bits) en utilisant la fonction de mesure synchrone sur deux appareils (DLMsync), pour faire fonctionner deux unit\u00e9s \u00e0 8 voies.
