Les appareils de la robuste s\u00e9rie AH39xxQ fournissent des donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9cises sur la vitesse et la direction ou deux sorties ind\u00e9pendantes.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ces capteurs \u00e0 effet Hall sont con\u00e7us pour des applications industrielles et automobiles telles que la d\u00e9tection de la vitesse\/direction rotative et lin\u00e9aire et la d\u00e9termination de la position angulaire d&rsquo;un arbre en rotation.<\/p>\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment aux exigences des batteries automobiles, les capteurs \u00e0 effet Hall de la s\u00e9rie AH39xxQ fonctionnent sur une large plage de tension d&rsquo;alimentation de 2,7 \u00e0 27 V. Ils ont \u00e9galement une valeur maximale absolue de 40 V, ce qui leur permet de supporter en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des d\u00e9charges de 40 V. En outre, une protection contre l&rsquo;inversion de tension de -18 V prot\u00e8ge contre les connexions incorrectes de la batterie. Pour plus de robustesse, la protection contre les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques (ESD) fournie par ces dispositifs d\u00e9passe les normes automobiles de 5 kV pour le mod\u00e8le de corps humain (HBM) et de 2 kV pour le mod\u00e8le de dispositif de charge (CDM).<\/p>\n<p>Trois options BOP\/BRP sont propos\u00e9es, avec des valeurs typiques de 10\/-10 gauss, 25\/-25 gauss et 75\/-75 gauss, tandis que leur fen\u00eatre de fonctionnement \u00e9troite garantit des points de commutation pr\u00e9cis et fiables. La combinaison d&rsquo;amplificateurs stabilis\u00e9s par hacheur et d&rsquo;une plaque de Hall de conception avanc\u00e9e att\u00e9nue la d\u00e9rive du point de commutation, garantissant des mesures pr\u00e9cises sur une large gamme de temp\u00e9ratures.<\/p>\n<p>Les caract\u00e9ristiques d&rsquo;autodiagnostic de l&rsquo;AH397xQ en font un produit adapt\u00e9 aux syst\u00e8mes conformes \u00e0 la norme ISO 26262. Pour plus d&rsquo;assurance, ces capteurs \u00e0 effet Hall entrent dans un mode de fonctionnement s\u00fbr si une erreur, telle qu&rsquo;une surchauffe ou un blocage de sous-tension, est d\u00e9tect\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les capteurs \u00e0 effet Hall de la s\u00e9rie AH39xxQ de Diodes sont qualifi\u00e9s AEC-Q100 Grade 0, fabriqu\u00e9s dans des installations certifi\u00e9es IATF 16949, et supportent la documentation PPAP.
