La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a annonc\u00e9 des progr\u00e8s notables dans le d\u00e9veloppement de qubits \u00e0 haute coh\u00e9rence, dont les r\u00e9sultats devraient avoir un impact significatif sur ses futures technologies quantiques.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>D-Wave a con\u00e7u, fabriqu\u00e9 et exploit\u00e9 des qubits de fluxonium qui ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s quantiques comparables aux meilleures observ\u00e9es \u00e0 ce jour dans la litt\u00e9rature scientifique.<\/p>\n<p>Le qubit de fluxonium, mis au point par Michel Devoret et ses coll\u00e8gues de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 de Yale en 2009, est r\u00e9cemment devenu un candidat int\u00e9ressant pour une utilisation dans les architectures d&rsquo;informatique quantique de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration avec mod\u00e8le de porte. Compte tenu de l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant de l&rsquo;industrie et de l&rsquo;expertise de D-Wave dans la construction de technologies quantiques de type flux, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a explor\u00e9 l&rsquo;utilisation du fluxonium dans ses propres recherches de d\u00e9veloppement technologique. D-Wave a fabriqu\u00e9 et test\u00e9 des qubits de fluxonium dans une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de circuit bidimensionnelle. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de coh\u00e9rence mesur\u00e9es, avec des temps de relaxation sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 100 microsecondes, sont comparables \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat actuel de la technique pour de tels qubits. En outre, la temp\u00e9rature effective mesur\u00e9e de son fluxonium, 18 millikelvins, est l&rsquo;une des meilleures rapport\u00e9es \u00e0 ce jour dans la litt\u00e9rature scientifique pour les qubits supraconducteurs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Ces r\u00e9sultats montrent que le fluxonium est un qubit candidat viable pour les architectures d&rsquo;informatique quantique de D-Wave. En outre, ce travail nous a permis de d\u00e9couvrir que le fluxonium peut rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 certaines lacunes connues des qubits supraconducteurs concurrents du mod\u00e8le de porte\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Mark Johnson, vice-pr\u00e9sident directeur des technologies quantiques et des produits de syst\u00e8mes chez D-Wave. \u00ab\u00a0Nous pensons que cela aura un impact significatif sur le d\u00e9veloppement du mat\u00e9riel de D-Wave et renforce notre leadership technique en d\u00e9montrant que nous pouvons concevoir, fabriquer et faire fonctionner des qubits de fluxonium \u00e0
