{"id":430971,"date":"2023-08-31T14:54:34","date_gmt":"2023-08-31T12:54:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=430971"},"modified":"2023-08-31T14:55:28","modified_gmt":"2023-08-31T12:55:28","slug":"bosch-lance-la-production-dune-technologie-ev-800v","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/bosch-lance-la-production-dune-technologie-ev-800v\/","title":{"rendered":"Bosch lance la production d&rsquo;une technologie EV 800V"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Bosch d\u00e9marre la production en s\u00e9rie de nouveaux syst\u00e8mes de transmission 800V pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques dans son usine de Hildesheim, en Allemagne.<\/h2>\n<p>La technologie du moteur \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 barres i-pin refroidi \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des dispositifs d&rsquo;alimentation en carbure de silicium (SiC), permet d&rsquo;augmenter de 35 % la densit\u00e9 de puissance.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;augmentation de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 se traduit \u00e9galement par une r\u00e9duction de moiti\u00e9 des pertes de chaleur, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire le poids et d&rsquo;obtenir une conception plus compacte. Un constructeur automobile allemand haut de gamme utilise pour la premi\u00e8re fois les parties actives du groupe motopropulseur, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire le rotor et le stator.<\/p>\n<p>Avec le m\u00eame courant, mais le double de la tension, il est possible de transmettre deux fois plus d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Cette modification permet d&rsquo;obtenir des c\u00e2bles plus fins, ce qui permet d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser de l&rsquo;espace, du poids et du cuivre. L&rsquo;onduleur est donc plus compact et plus puissant. Avec un r\u00e9seau de bord de 400 volts, la puissance de charge maximale aux points de charge suffisamment puissants est de 250 kilowatts. Avec 800 volts, le double est possible en th\u00e9orie.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/uk-project-for-800v-battery-packs-that-charge-in-12-minutes\/\">Projet britannique de batteries de 800 V qui se rechargent en 12 minutes<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/project-develops-dc-link-capacitor-for-800v-electric-cars\/\">Un projet d\u00e9veloppe un condensateur de liaison \u00e0 courant continu pour les voitures \u00e9lectriques de 800 V<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le moteur \u00e9lectrique de 800 V, qui est maintenant produit en s\u00e9rie, a un couple de 830 Nm et une puissance de 460 kilowatts. L&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;enroulement de la barre en I permet d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer encore l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9, la compacit\u00e9 et le niveau d&rsquo;automatisation de la production du moteur.<\/p>\n<p>En termes de rapport puissance\/poids, la densit\u00e9 de puissance est sup\u00e9rieure de 35 %, soit 60 kilowatts par kilogramme. En outre, il offre une densit\u00e9 de couple de 105 Newton-m\u00e8tres par kilogramme. Cela signifie que le moteur Bosch atteint un rendement maximal de 98 %. La prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du moteur \u00e9lectrique sera dot\u00e9e d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de refroidissement \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile. Cela permettra de mieux \u00e9vacuer la chaleur g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par le moteur \u00e9lectrique et d&rsquo;assurer un fonctionnement puissant et continu sur de longues distances, ainsi que dans les v\u00e9hicules utilitaires.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/boom-for-sic-wafer-demand-with-shift-to-800v-evs\/\">Boom de la demande de plaquettes de SiC avec le passage aux v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques de 800 V<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/bosch-faces-capacity-crunch-for-sic-power-chips\/\">Bosch confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une p\u00e9nurie de capacit\u00e9s pour les puces de puissance SiC<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les puces SiC offrent un potentiel d&rsquo;\u00e9conomie d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie encore plus important : elles augmentent par exemple le rendement des onduleurs jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 99 %.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Bosch fait monter la tension dans le domaine de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectromobilit\u00e9.
