Ce dispositif est destin\u00e9 aux onduleurs de branche, aux syst\u00e8mes de stockage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie (ESS), aux applications de recharge des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques et aux applications traditionnelles telles que les onduleurs industriels et le soudage.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bo\u00eetier discret, le H7 peut d\u00e9livrer de 40 A \u00e0 150 A. Il est propos\u00e9 dans quatre types de bo\u00eetiers diff\u00e9rents : TO-247-3 HCC, TO-247-4, TO-247-3 Plus et TO-247-4 Plus.<\/p>\n<p>La variante TO-247-3 HCC du H7 se caract\u00e9rise par une distance de fuite \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Pour am\u00e9liorer les performances, les bo\u00eetiers Kelvin TO-247 \u00e0 4 broches r\u00e9duisent les pertes de commutation, mais offrent \u00e9galement des avantages suppl\u00e9mentaires tels qu&rsquo;un d\u00e9passement de tension plus faible, des pertes de conduction minimis\u00e9es et la perte de courant inverse la plus faible. Cela simplifie la conception et minimise la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de connecter des dispositifs en parall\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;IGBT 650V H7 pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement une r\u00e9sistance robuste \u00e0 l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 pour un fonctionnement fiable dans des environnements difficiles et est qualifi\u00e9 pour une utilisation industrielle conform\u00e9ment aux tests pertinents de JEDEC47\/20\/22, en particulier HV-H3TRB, ce qui le rend bien adapt\u00e9 aux applications ext\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n<p>Le TRENCHSTOP IGBT 7 H7 peut \u00eatre command\u00e9 d\u00e8s maintenant.
