{"id":430682,"date":"2023-08-28T19:46:37","date_gmt":"2023-08-28T17:46:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=430682"},"modified":"2023-08-28T19:46:37","modified_gmt":"2023-08-28T17:46:37","slug":"cellule-solaire-a-perovskite-sur-substrat-en-acier","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/cellule-solaire-a-perovskite-sur-substrat-en-acier\/","title":{"rendered":"Cellule solaire \u00e0 p\u00e9rovskite sur substrat en acier"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Des chercheurs australiens ont augment\u00e9 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des cellules solaires photovolta\u00efques en p\u00e9rovskite con\u00e7ues sur un substrat en acier.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Alors que de nombreuses cellules solaires \u00e0 p\u00e9rovskite (CSP) sont construites sur des substrats en verre rigide, la d\u00e9monstration de cellules \u00e0 p\u00e9rovskite sur d&rsquo;autres types de surfaces telles que l&rsquo;acier ouvre la voie \u00e0 de nouvelles applications telles que l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de panneaux solaires dans les b\u00e2timents.<\/p>\n<p>Les CSP sur acier utilisent une couche interm\u00e9diaire d&rsquo;oxyde d&rsquo;indium-\u00e9tain comme barri\u00e8re contre la diffusion du fer \u00e0 partir du substrat acier, et peuvent \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9es en utilisant une couche de passivation de bromure de n-octylammonium, ce qui permet d&rsquo;obtenir un rendement de conversion de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de 17,1 %.<\/p>\n<p>Les cellules photovolta\u00efques pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes ont offraient un rendement de 11,4 % en 2018 en utilisant une \u00e9lectrode sup\u00e9rieure transparente di\u00e9lectrique\/m\u00e9tal\/di\u00e9lectrique, tandis qu&rsquo;en 2019, une cellule sur un substrat flexible en acier inoxydable a utilis\u00e9 un empilement SiO2\/Au de 200\/100 nm comme couche interm\u00e9diaire entre l&rsquo;acier et la cellule en p\u00e9rovskite, atteignant un rendement de 3,45 %.<\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2022, des chercheurs n\u00e9erlandais ont montr\u00e9 une CSP n-i-p efficace \u00e0 15,2 % sur un substrat en acier brillant plaqu\u00e9 Ni- et utilisant un rev\u00eatement de surface en polyamide-imide (PAI) pour mod\u00e9rer la rugosit\u00e9 de la surface de l&rsquo;acier et en appliquant une couche d&rsquo;oxyde d&rsquo;\u00e9tain de Ti\/indium (ITO) comme \u00e9lectrode du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du substrat.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s ce travail, les m\u00eames chercheurs ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une cellule d&rsquo;une efficacit\u00e9 de 16,5 % sur l&rsquo;acier en utilisant la m\u00eame pr\u00e9paration de substrat d&rsquo;acier que pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, sauf que la polarit\u00e9 dans ce cas \u00e9tait de p-i-n au lieu de n-i-p.<\/p>\n<p>La caract\u00e9risation et la simulation informatique ont montr\u00e9 que les cellules sans couche interm\u00e9diaire d&rsquo;ITO souffrent de faibles PCE en raison de la diffusion du fer du substrat d&rsquo;acier dans la cellule de p\u00e9rovskite. Un dispositif avec une couche interm\u00e9diaire d&rsquo;ITO de 80 nm a atteint une efficacit\u00e9 de 15,3 %, tandis que le dispositif de contr\u00f4le sans couche interm\u00e9diaire avait une efficacit\u00e9 de 6,5 %.<\/p>\n<p>Une passivation suppl\u00e9mentaire de la surface \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de bromure de n-octylammonium (n-OABr) a permis d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;absorbeur p\u00e9rovskite jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 17,1 %, ce qui s&rsquo;est traduit par une augmentation de l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de la photoluminescence et de la dur\u00e9e de vie des porteurs.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.syndney.edu.au\">www.syndney.edu.au<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Des chercheurs australiens ont augment\u00e9 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des cellules solaires photovolta\u00efques en p\u00e9rovskite con\u00e7ues sur un substrat en acier.
