{"id":430675,"date":"2023-08-28T18:47:11","date_gmt":"2023-08-28T16:47:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=430675"},"modified":"2023-08-28T18:47:11","modified_gmt":"2023-08-28T16:47:11","slug":"la-societe-chinoise-dream-chip-produit-un-soc-10-tops","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/la-societe-chinoise-dream-chip-produit-un-soc-10-tops\/","title":{"rendered":"La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 chinoise Dream Chip produit un SoC 10 TOPS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Dream Chip Technologies GmbH (Hanovre, Allemagne) a mis au point un SoC automobile comprenant un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur d&rsquo;intelligence artificielle (IA).<\/h2>\n<p>Dream Chip a \u00e9t\u00e9 rachet\u00e9 par Goodix, un fournisseur chinois de microcontr\u00f4leurs automobiles et industriels, en 2020 (voir Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/chinas-goodix-completes-acquisition-of-dream-chip\/\">chinois Goodix ach\u00e8ve l&rsquo;acquisition de Dream Chip<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Le SoC contient deux acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs d&rsquo;IA avec une performance agr\u00e9g\u00e9e de 10 TOPS int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 deux processeurs de signaux d&rsquo;images (ISP) Dream Chip, un processeur de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle bas\u00e9 sur ARM Cortex-R52 (Alcatraz), un cluster de processeurs ARM Cortex-A65 \u00e0 deux c\u0153urs et un r\u00e9seau sur puce Arteris FlexNoC.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs d&rsquo;IA sont une unit\u00e9 de traitement neuronal (NPU) de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 technique de Dresde et une NPU de Cadence (NNA110).<\/p>\n<p>Le NPU de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 technique de Dresde est un circuit compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;un processeur RISC avec une m\u00e9moire de programme locale, de 768 \u00e9l\u00e9ments de traitement (PE) avec une m\u00e9moire \u00e9troitement coupl\u00e9e et d&rsquo;un contr\u00f4leur DMA local. Le NNA110 est un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur de r\u00e9seaux neuronaux profonds optimis\u00e9 pour les applications de vision, audio, radar\/lidar et de capteurs fusionn\u00e9s optimis\u00e9es par l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle (IA). Il offre des performances et une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de premier plan en tirant parti de la raret\u00e9 des poids et des activations. Ensemble, les deux c\u0153urs AI atteignent un total de 10 TOPS avec une pr\u00e9cision INT8.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux processeurs de signal d&rsquo;image \u00e0 faible latence et de taille de ligne 5k de Dream Chip prennent en charge les capteurs CMOS jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 19,6 MPixel et effectuent des t\u00e2ches de traitement d&rsquo;image sans affecter les performances des processeurs Cortex-A65AE ou Cortex-R52. L&rsquo;ISP a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Dream Chip conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ISO26262:2018 et est certifi\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ASIL-B\/-D par l&rsquo;organisme de certification allemand T\u00dcV S\u00fcd. Un pipeline d&rsquo;images 24 bits c\u00e2bl\u00e9 \u00e0 faible consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie est utilis\u00e9. L&rsquo;ISP ne n\u00e9cessite pas de tampon de trame suppl\u00e9mentaire, ce qui entra\u00eene une latence de seulement 200 microsecondes.<\/p>\n<p>Alcatraz est le sous-syst\u00e8me brevet\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00eelot de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de Dream Chip pour les applications automobiles, bas\u00e9 sur le processeur ARM Cortex-R52 \u00e0 double c\u0153ur. Le sous-syst\u00e8me de l&rsquo;\u00eelot de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sera utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des SoC automobiles pour superviser les processeurs d&rsquo;application et pour d\u00e9tecter et traiter les violations de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de traitement des applications (APU) est bas\u00e9e sur un sous-syst\u00e8me de processeur ARM Cortex-A65AE \u00e0 deux c\u0153urs qui convient \u00e0 l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;exploitation (OS) d&rsquo;application, par exemple Linux ou QNX.<\/p>\n<p>Le SoC est con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9 avec la technologie 22FDX de GlobalFoundries \u00e0 Dresde, en Allemagne.
