{"id":429263,"date":"2023-08-09T14:51:45","date_gmt":"2023-08-09T12:51:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=429263"},"modified":"2023-08-09T14:56:09","modified_gmt":"2023-08-09T12:56:09","slug":"les-logiciels-bms-permettront-deconomiser-18-milliards-dici-a-2030","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/les-logiciels-bms-permettront-deconomiser-18-milliards-dici-a-2030\/","title":{"rendered":"Les logiciels BMS permettront d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser $18 milliards\/an en 2030"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Selon un rapport d&rsquo;ABI Research, les logiciels avanc\u00e9s de gestion des batteries (BMS) pourraient permettre aux constructeurs automobiles d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 18 milliards de dollars par an d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2030.<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un logiciel BMS intelligent pourrait permettre d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser un total de 76 milliards de dollars cumul\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de 2024 en r\u00e9duisant la taille des batteries des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques (VE) sans r\u00e9duire leur autonomie. Cela r\u00e9duit le co\u00fbt de fabrication des VE pour les \u00e9quipementiers, les aidant \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer les effets d&rsquo;une production limit\u00e9e de batteries et \u00e0 atteindre la rentabilit\u00e9, selon ABI.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les \u00e9quipementiers sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 deux probl\u00e8mes concurrents : la demande des clients pour des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques ayant une plus grande autonomie et la p\u00e9nurie de batteries pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques due \u00e0 des approvisionnements restreints en min\u00e9raux critiques et \u00e0 une capacit\u00e9 de production limit\u00e9e. Les logiciels BMS avanc\u00e9s permettent de charger les batteries des VE \u00e0 un niveau plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 et de les d\u00e9charger \u00e0 un niveau plus bas sans les endommager ou les faire vieillir pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment, ce qui augmente leur capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utilisation et r\u00e9sout les deux probl\u00e8mes. Ces solutions peuvent \u00eatre adopt\u00e9es purement par le biais de logiciels, fonctionnant comme des applications AUTOSAR pour augmenter les capacit\u00e9s BMS existantes\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Dylan Khoo, analyste des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques chez ABI Research.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/ceo-interview-dukosi-ramps-up-for-volume-wireless-bms-chip-production\/\">Interview du PDG : Dukosi se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 la mise en place d&rsquo;un BMS sans fil \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/high-accuracy-bms-controller-for-lithium-batteries\/\">Contr\u00f4leur BMS de haute pr\u00e9cision pour les batteries au lithium<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/globalfoundries-teams-for-wireless-battery-management-chip\/\">GlobalFoundries s&rsquo;associe pour la gestion des batteries sans fil<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le SpectralX de Qnovo est un exemple de solution intelligente de gestion de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie par logiciel qui peut non seulement am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;autonomie de 10 %, mais aussi permettre une charge plus rapide et minimiser la d\u00e9gradation pour prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie d&rsquo;un v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique. Cette technologie pourrait permettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;industrie mondiale des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques de r\u00e9duire la production de batteries n\u00e9cessaire en 2030 d&rsquo;environ 300 GWh, ce qui r\u00e9duirait consid\u00e9rablement la pression sur la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement des batteries et les co\u00fbts de fabrication.<\/p>\n<p>En dehors de l&rsquo;espace logiciel, le mat\u00e9riel BMS sans fil (wBMS) contribuera \u00e9galement \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts en permettant aux batteries de renoncer aux c\u00e2bles de connectivit\u00e9. Les faisceaux de c\u00e2bles sont co\u00fbteux et longs \u00e0 installer et \u00e0 entretenir, et ils ajoutent du poids, du volume et des points de d\u00e9faillance \u00e0 la batterie. GM est le premier grand constructeur automobile \u00e0 adopter un wBMS avec sa plateforme Ultium, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en collaboration avec Analog Devices et Visteon. Les principaux fournisseurs de composants tels que Marelli, NXP et TI proposent \u00e9galement des wBMS. ABI Research pr\u00e9voit que les avantages en termes de co\u00fbts de cette technologie en feront la solution phare de la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de plates-formes de VE.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/bms-ics-boost-battery-life\/\">Les puces BMS am\u00e9liorent l&rsquo;autonomie des batteries<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/bms-enables-continuous-battery-monitoring-2\/\">Le BMS permet une surveillance continue de la batterie<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/ti-marries-wireless-bms-and-functional-safety\/\">TI marie le BMS sans fil et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Hormis Tesla, la plupart des \u00e9quipementiers ont actuellement du mal \u00e0 d\u00e9gager des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sur leurs v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques. Ford, par exemple, s&rsquo;attend \u00e0 une perte de 3 milliards de dollars avant imp\u00f4ts sur son activit\u00e9 VE cette ann\u00e9e. L&rsquo;un des facteurs cl\u00e9s de cette situation est le co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9 des batteries et les difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 augmenter la production pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la croissance rapide de la demande. Le logiciel BMS permet de tirer davantage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie d&rsquo;une batterie plus petite et de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de production.
