Le LS05006VPQ33 est un circuit de protection hautement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 pour Vbus d\u2019alimentation (PD) proche des broches CC\/SBU offrant une capacit\u00e9 de 28 V max et de 8 KV, ainsi qu\u2019une conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la norme ESD CEI-61000-4-2.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le LS05006VPQ33 vient compl\u00e9ter la gamme de circuits de protection eFuse de Littelfuse. Il s\u2019agit de notre premier eFuse capable d\u2019assurer une protection de 20 V des broches de signaux contre les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques, les surtensions et les courts-circuits\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Bernie Hsieh, APM au sein de la division Protection Semiconductor de Littelfuse. \u00ab\u00a0Le LS05006VPQ33 offre une fiabilit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure, une dur\u00e9e de vie accrue, des co\u00fbts de r\u00e9paration inf\u00e9rieurs et une taille compacte. Il fonctionne \u00e9galement bien avec l\u2019eFuse LS2406ERQ23 pour la protection des Vbus de 20\u00a0V, 5\u00a0A.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La conception du LS05006VPQ33 r\u00e9sout le probl\u00e8me critique de la protection des circuits silicium basse tension des contr\u00f4leurs USB de type C contre les surtensions, les courts-circuits et les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques. De nombreux produits USB de type C ne r\u00e9pondent pas \u00e0 la sp\u00e9cification de type C et certains adaptateurs fournissant seulement 20\u00a0V aux Vbus peuvent occasionner des courts-circuits dus \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes sur les broches, \u00e0 des torsions ou \u00e0 l\u2019humidit\u00e9. Sans protection, les circuits basse tension en aval peuvent \u00eatre endommag\u00e9s. Le LS05006VPQ33 assure la protection des circuits basse tension en aval contre les surtensions et les pics de d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme CEI61000-4-2.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de ses principaux atouts que sont une fiabilit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure, une dur\u00e9e de vie accrue et des co\u00fbts de r\u00e9paration inf\u00e9rieurs, le LS05006VPQ33 offre \u00e9galement des avantages concurrentiels. Compar\u00e9 aux autres solutions disponibles sur le march\u00e9, il supporte une Vmax sup\u00e9rieure (28\u00a0V) et affiche un classement ESD sup\u00e9rieur au niveau des SBU avec un contact ESD de 8 KV.
